Sen. Ernst's best example of former presidents living high on the taxpayer hog is the Obamas. She cited their highly profitable deal with Netflix to produce content and a $65 million book deal with Penguin Random House publishers. This is not Ernst's first attempt to rein in the post-presidential gravy train. She introduced a similar bill in 2016, which passed both the House and the Senate. Ironically, it was vetoed by Obama.

Yes, with their inability to figure out how to launch satellites, catch and reuse rockets, and transport astronauts for a fraction of what NASA was charging, they will probably have trouble improving a broken ATC system that is suffering from multiple decades-old technology.

Of all the dumb takes I've seen, that one is up there.

the gov tried multiple attempts and hundreds of millions trying to reform the fed retirement system at Iron Mountain, and failed..so back to manila envelopes. Think of the money spent in Heathcare.gov. website..how many hundreds of millions?
