D&G's CEO's word says DOGE is lying...lol![]()
DOGE says it’s saved $55 billion, itemized data show far less
DOGE’s accounting raises questions about the reliability of their self-reporting and their level of accountability.fortune.com
I think I will take D&Gs CEO word over a tweet..
Two more filings show up, on Jan. 29 and Jan. 30, indicating first the partial and then full termination of the contract. Both of those show the $8 million total contract value.
“This discrepancy appears to have resulted from a clerical error in the original government filing upon contract award. The contract value had a ceiling of $8 million,” Leah Sanders, the chief executive officer of D&G Support Services, said in a statement. “D&G is proud to maintain long-term contracts with the federal government, providing integrated logistics and supply chain solutions.”
The stance for the Biden EV was your new found care that didn’t exist just a few weeks ago. It’s truly remarkable and patriotic."Being off by 7.992 billion was actually brilliant"
"No showing the world you can't count is not some 4D chess move"
"Well Biden and EVs"
Yeah exactly lol, I'd abandon the "stupidity is brilliant" argument too so I don't blame you
I am not denying the Doge error, you are denying the gov error that started thisDOGE claimed $8 billion when they uploaded it to their site on Monday. They actually deleted the screenshot that showed $8M and are STILL claiming $8 billion in savings.
The CEO said it was an $8M contract...
What are you struggling with here
The government error was fixed well before Monday, and when DOGE realized yesterday that their number was wrong, they simply deleted the evidence proving them wrong without updating their numbers at all lol.I am not denying the Doge error, you are denying the gov error that started this
Exactly and tweets to the opposite are just the same...and the tweet Nash posted fromthe info that is provided as proof is a tweet...
its the equivalent of saying "trust us". and by "us" I mean the government.
It was always 8 million, we do not have an 8 billion dollar contract with "D&G Support Services" lol

someone posted a series of tweets breaking down the DOGE claims. they showed the actual contracts, and actually did some of the math beyond just looking at the total value.Exactly and tweets to the opposite are just the same...and the tweet Nash posted from
So Doge found a "clerical error"...so it was I. The system as 8 billion before it was corrected..
According to that tweet
They use fraud because the term is a lawful mechanism for them to look into these in first place. They always use fraud, waste and abuse.someone posted a series of tweets breaking down the DOGE claims. they showed the actual contracts, and actually did some of the math beyond just looking at the total value.
the DOGE tweet only looks at the total value and then just screams FRAUD!!!!!!!
to me the first tweet is far more believable than the second tweet. regardless of the government being involved in the second tweet.
How do we know it's not fraud....is it possible that whomever made the clerical error and made the payments are involved... without getting into a conspiracy but that type of clerical error is how embezzlement works..taking advantage of exploiting accounting and misrepresenting financial information.someone posted a series of tweets breaking down the DOGE claims. they showed the actual contracts, and actually did some of the math beyond just looking at the total value.

I don't disagree with much of what you shared.I think its problematic. its driving the political divide. using terms like "fraud" makes someone a criminal, rather than reporting it accurately as "waste". how many calls of treason have been seen on the board recently, something that comes with the death penalty, when the end action was actually something approved by the government, complying with the relevant laws.
Personally, I would push back more if I am being accused of fraud, than I would if I was accused of being wasteful. they are creating more resistance than there needs to be with the language they use.
it also just muddies the water, boy who cried wolf style. "fraud" vs fraud. like racism or any other catch all term, the overapplication of it makes it lose its impact. sure currently it is driving conversation, but what happens in 3 months, once we have moved on to the next Windmill to joust at? LARGEST FRAUD IN OUR HISTORY is hard to keep selling and drawing attention to.
They are the government, they should be careful of the words they use. they need to use concise and precise language, as it all carries great weight.
I'm not losing my mind over Musk, I am pretty fkn disappointed in about 100 people in this forum who champion Elon as a free speech advocate and never have the nuts to walk that back, call him out, or even acknowledge it when he proves he's a fraud on that topic, time and time again. They just ignore it or make stupid deflections.
Huff replied to my post to Nash and said Where did I..And they both drive a Tesla.
