But I don't. Neither of us have any effect on Dobbs fortunes. You've never been a prophet or any advanced authority on the game.

Then why take joy in his failures? Why was your first inclination after his terrible performance to come on here to throw a quote I made a week ago praising Dobbs in my face? If I'm insignificant to you and if you actually like the kid, why are his failures are moment for you to gloat?

Say you don't care for the kid and you just saw his struggles as an opportunity to dunk on a guy from a message board that you don't like. If you said that I'd be cool. No one said you had to like Dobbs. I just hate your disingenuous. You can't possibly like the kid even in the slightest if you took pleasure in his struggles last week just so you could tell me I told you so.

I don’t take joy. You’re gaslighting. There’s no “gloating” involved in calling your bs out. He was a UT great but he’s not a starting caliber NFL QB…much less the HOF shoo-in you incessantly crowed that you were the only football savant aware enough to prognosticate. Now that’s crumbling and you’re left with slanted, desperate haymakers that no one with any cognizant awareness could attribute to my posting history. You’re a clown who started posting on this board in a tepid, milquetoast style and then reinvented yourself into a know-it-all circular argument master that generates replies. Long ago gave up the notion that you’d come clean as the troll you are, and am settling for poking you when your fake narratives fall apart and you pitch these internet hissy fits. I don’t want your RESPECT…because I don’t return it. You’re a LIAR. Your whole act is a farce. Know that it’s known. You haven’t fooled anyone.

If I wasn't telling the truth you wouldn't be so triggered right now. Everyone on this board knows my track record and yet nobody else took the opportunity to use Dobbs struggles as a moment to gloat except for you. You know I'm not well liked by most around here. But yet they like Dobbs more than they hate me. So they didn’t use his struggles as a moment to quote my old posts praising him just to prove me wrong. You didn't do that which is why you're so triggered right now cause I exposed the truth.

Not when I see so many on here happy to celebrate his failures. It's one thing to say he's not as good as I say he is. It's another to celebrate his down moments just to say I'm wrong. If you like Dobbs then maybe you should not be so happy to see him down just so it proves your assessment of his talent. Dobbs has said many times he sees himself as more than a backup QB. If you actually like him you would want that to become true not actively root against it so some guy on a message board that you don't like is proven wrong.

I have no problem with being wrong. I just don't know how yall can be happy about it if you truly like Dobbs and want the best for him.
Nothing I have posted could be suggested as a celebration. Just stating facts about his place int NFL. You're creating falsehoods

But I’m not “triggered”. You stating so has never made it a FACT…all part of your circular, rope-a-dope argument strategy. Now you’re mixing in “EVERYBODY ELSE ‘loves Dobbs more than they hate me!’…in another CIRCLE. 😅 Yes, little sacrificial lamb…I hate you because you’re so honest and pure. There’s no GLOATING because your EYE TEST convictions didn’t make him a first ballot HOF. In the REAL WORLD one can’t argue SCHTICK into existence. Now onto your latest brain fart that we should skip recruiting George McIntyre and a QB in 2025 cuz it may spook new fake obsession Jared Curtis. That’s more troll material for the next decade. 😴

You've done much more of a disservice to Dobbs than anyone here

I don't want to bet against him. Still, he's a journeyman and backup. No one is going to pay him to come in and be QB1. If Cousins opts out after this year, Dobbs might have an opportunity to compete for Vikings' starting role next year, but no way they are giving him a QB1 deal. As I factually stated earlier, Barnett has had far more success in the NFL than Dobbs, who you claimed had more success. That was not only silly, it was ignorant
Please, DO NOT see this as validation of anything said by Dobbs 4 Heisman! But Josh Dobbs is currently 15th in QBR. Here are his game by game ratings:
Arizona: 28-7-4-4-28-21-23
Minnesota: 1-2-9-27
Of course HOF talk is delusional; however, there are many teams that would trade their QB1 for Dobbs in a heartbeat. He obviously had a bad game against the Bears, but at least a couple of his interceptions were not bad throws. I can see him being offered a deal similar to Geno Smith, 3 years $75M as QB1 on a mediocre or bad team. The Patriots would do well offering him. Would he choose a starting role for a bad team over a decently paid backup job for a contender? I think the worst case scenario is that he ends up as a backup on a good team. He will be a free agent after this season, I would assume he makes the best decision for his future.

No, there aren't many teams who would trade their QB1 for Dobbs. No one is giving him that contract

You're the one writing paragraphs of material with all caps. That's looks triggered to me.

Not ALL. Strategically place CAPS...for emphasis. Literary tool...Duke guy! "To me" has always been your failure...you're fragile and warped.

You seriously think Belichick wouldn't offer him that?
Whoever is pulling the strings in Foxboro by Draft Day is targeting a QB. Wouldn't be surprised they give Chicago their second and other considerations to move up one or two spots.

That does make MUCH sense; however, BB is a defensive coach. Hypothetically, if you can get the next Lawrence Taylor or #1 QB available in the draft, go defense every day. That is why Joshua Dobbs is very attractive too him.

He has that luxury when he has a franchise QB…which he hasn’t since Brady left. Trying to patchwork that vital position has been a disaster to his record and legacy. Plus there’s no Lawrence Taylor starter kit in this draft. And I’m convinced IF he comes back, someone else is making those decisions.

Has BB shown interest in Dobbs publicly or is that your prediction?
