What happened to him? Saw him at the end of the bench tonight and can't believe he can even get in during a blow out now. Did we just recruit over him because I remember he had some promise his first year on campus? Thanks, I'll hang up and listen.

Q didn't see the court in either exhibition game and now he plays early while Reese and Edwards pretty much sit. Not sure what was going on with that.

I just remember Reese knocking down some 3's and having some length. Just surprised he can't get on the court at ALL. Did he get any PT in either exhibition game?

He's gotta be hurt, CCM even put Galen Campbell in at the end. He had some good games last year, he's too good to be a mop up guy.

Its possible that he could be getting redshirted although that has not been mentioned by anyone yet. I guess we will see.

I was just about to post this. Wouldn't be surprised if this is the case. He is talented, but not sure if we need him at all this year. Considering next year's class, Cuonzo might be doing him a favor by saving a year of eligibility if he decided to transfer.

Was also wondering about the redshirt. In hindsight it would have been best for him to redshirt last year but I remember we were desperately looking for a spark. A little surprised Lopez didn't go in when Campbell did. I guess with so many leaving CCM wants to get the young guys as much playing time as possible.

I think you'll begin to notice on different nights when we are up a lot different players will get in and other players won't. I think that's just how he does. Maybe Reese hasn't been doing well in practice. You just never know.

Zo doesn't think the world is ready for Lebron Reese. Reese is like Batman. He's the hero UT deserves, but not the hero we need right now.

To be fair he's only a sophomore, and after McRae, Stokes, Maymon and Barton leave after this season, he will probably have a better shot next year to fit into the rotation.

I definitely thought he showed some promise last year. I kept hoping he could get more minutes last year. I guess we will see. If you remember, McRae didn't play much his sophomore year either, but then again he was in the dog house with Pearl

McRae's sophomore season was with Martin.

I say so cause you know Thompson and Davis sort of have to play for depth at there position and you know he wasnt going to beat out Hubbs, It looks like Armani Moore and Quinton Chievous beat him out. Not to mention Pops also kind of also as gaurenteed minutes in the post with Davis

TIFWIW Coach K actually told Reese to sit a couple out he doesn't want to risk him getting hurt before the 2016 Olympics
