The incoming freshmen wanted to play with her, and they let her know it.

I like all of you did not know anything until this announcement but I have said for 2 months that I thought both MR and DD would come back. UT has been more than just a place to play basketball and she has represented the university in so many ways. I just felt like she still has something to prove. IMO she does not but she will be able to play next year and have quality backups all over the floor and she maybe stay in a rhythm. MR should benefit from KK during the practices.

It is very hard to do. Yes, we are glad Diamond is coming back, but with the same coaching staff I can see the same results, can't you?

Avtually...it is like potty training, or manners. It simply takrs self control and enough mental fortitude to stay on subject

Keeping the focus on Diamond, welcome back and thanks for your loyalty. May all of us fans reward you by showing the same loyalty and encouragement to you!

Diamond has the opportunity to do accomplish several individual and team goals:

1. Solidify her game by showing the every-game-consistency needed of a go-to player.

2. Continue to develop her team game (assists, rebounding, passing, leadership) and embracing the mentoring role.

3. Compete for a national championship.

4. Help begin the turnaround to restore LV's role as an elite Top Ten team.

5. Cap a tempestuous college career with a stellar, mature senior season in which she can finally enjoy herself and have fun with her teammates while demanding excellence of both herself and her teammates.

6. Leave as a much-loved and missed LVFL and a first-team All-America.
