This Board just blows me away. I present a valid argument at least worthy of debate and the Lefties on here all give a collective NU-UH!!! like a child that throws herself to the floor and kicks and screams while her eyes are closed and her fingers in her ears while screaming NA,NA,NA,NA.!!! when i present the man speaking his own words & the policies in its texts.

Personally, I have no problem with the Emergency Alert System. It is a system that could save lives.

From you post in this thread, it DOES appear your problem is with Obama instead of the EAS.

That's because the notion that he's doing this to one day take over the airwaves and just use them for propaganda is the fu%^&ing stupidest, uber-paranoid, dumb-ass, nonsense I've ever heard in my life.

You guys aren't seeing the bigger picture. For the last several years, Muslims lead by Obama have been slowly trying to take over the world.

The latest plan, as described by the op, is very obvious. They are planning on playing a video for all non muslim households that will send the ghost of an Asian girl through their tv sets for anybody who watches. The ghost will then kill you.

The only way to survive is to either not watch or convert.

There was a documentary awhile back with Naomi watts that details the video and it's secret.

Just because someone from the far left takes a stance on a given issue, doesn't mean every Democrat feels that way. Much in the same way, I know that BPV and you both vote republican but I certainly don't think BPV espouses any of your crazy views just because you belong to the same political party.

Just to clarify some details,
When speaking about the old EBS tests it didn’t take control away from the broadcaster. The new system, however, alllows the State to seize control of the broadcast frequency whenever and for whatever they choose. So if POTUS wants to take control he can just take it and there is nothing the stations can do about it. That doesn't seem like an unlawful power grab though , right?

While emergency broadcast tests are typically used by state and local governments to issue severe weather alerts and other emergency information, there has never been a nationwide activation of the system before.


The question remains why the change in who controls the system from what it has always been and not the system itself?
