Didn't we win last night?

Man shut up!

Bru broke his damn leg into pieces, and Milton is STILL out there stalling the offense!!

Thank goodness the defense got help back, and Cooper Mays for returning to starting lineup from injury.

We needed Nico to play a lot these last 3 games.

Go have a happy time in your own puddle of slop!!
You need to shut up! We controlled that ENTIRE game. You're such a troll.

no, it's called a dominaNt win, not a "dominate" win. ;)
Dominate, dominant. Tomato, tomahhto. One man’s adjective is another man’s verb. I always get a chuckle seeing how the King’s English gets mangled here on the regular.

I can only speak from my personal feelings. When we entered this season after the year we had last year my expectations were high. Maybe that isn’t fair, but you can’t help what your emotions tell you. When we looked the way we did against Florida (I know, Florida curse, etc) it told me immediately that our team has major issues and we are not going to beat Bama, we are not going to beat UGA. The SEC hopes slipped from my grasp and I kind of find it hard to be passionate anymore.

lol....
The 239 passing yards didn't hurt. (more than rushing yards btw) The passing TD was a beautiful route and throw. The deep catch by Squirrel was phenomenal and gave us a score. But I understand your agenda.

Says the guy who claims we had different playbooks for the first couple games 😂🤣🤡

I know you're not being serious, but it still helps to use blue font in this forum.

I don’t think many are pissing and moaning. Bru’s injury is really somber though; a lot of fans concerned with him. I think some are probably pissed we let Florida get away.
Florida is done and gone. People need to let that go. There is nothing we can do about it. We can only deal with what's in front of us. I'm always optimistic and realistic. We have problems. We are getting better. I think we win in 2 weeks because we can. And yes, the LOM seem to posting about 40% today.

The thing that so many refuse to accept is that this isn't last year, the personnel is different at key spots, and this team isn't going to put up 45 pts. a game and run teams off the field. This team isn't built for 30 second drives (usually) and lighting up the scoreboard, but more of a grind it out style relying on the run game, moving the chains, the occasional long ball, taking care of the football, and the defensive front 7.

Totally happy with the win, the only real concern being Bru's injury, as he is the heart and soul of this team and we are so thin at WR. I'd love to see CJH get a little more creative, and I'd really love to see Dee Williams integrated into the offense, running things like jet sweeps. He and Sampson are big plays waiting to happen, and I'd get the ball in their hands in space as much as I could.

This was always going to be a transitional season, and I love that this team is beginning to find out how it can best win games. I'll be in Neyland for A&M (my first time back to K-Town in 40 years since attending UT!) with my wife, and I am beyond stoked.

Time to give out helmet stickers:
Defense= for bringing it all night. Much improved. We needed this effort
Milton= in spite of throwing 2 int, did a good job overall of managing the game and running the offense.
Running backs= great job of making plays and getting 1st downs and yes, scoring.

You can’t give the QB an FN helmet sticker after throwing two picks. That’s is full on orange glasses garbage. Milton was very average.

Our defense and run game saved the day. That is fact.
They played a big part in the win. Isn't that what they are suppose to do? It's take offense, defense, special teams, and coaching to win consistently. A breakdown in either of those areas can be the difference in a win or a loss.

I'm excited. But it's weird. Feeling better about playing Georgia while also feeling nervous about UK and Mizzu lol

You would think we lost if you only read the posts on this board. Winning by 3 touchdowns is usually called a "dominate" win and many here are whining about...WHAT? I, for one, am trilled by the progress this team has made in the past two weeks. Cocky had 138 yards rushing last night with 75 of those on one play. That's 57 yards on 26 rushes or 2.1 yrds per play. That's outstanding rush defense. Our front 7 dominated them all night...and we have a LOT of improvement to make.

We rushed for 238 yards. Mays coming back was big we all saw the difference it makes when Milton doesn't worry about the rush coming right up the middle. And guess what...this is Mays 1st game this year. That means he is still shaking off the rust and will even more effective in the games to come. He'll be twice as good in two weeks. The rest of the line will follow his lead.

The team is responding and improving and they have a lot of room to go. When the DE's figure out how to keep control of themselves when rushing the QB, they will be a nightmare. How many times did they just wiff on sacking Rattler. They will get better and they won't have a more elusive QB to chase all year.

A&M in two weeks should be a barn burner. They have way better talent than SCe. Max Johnson is no Spencer Rattler though so maybe we can get to him early and often.

Losing McCoy was a big hit. I do hope it's not as bad as it looked. Best wishes to perhaps our best receiver. I don't know what cocky was doing, but we had two LTs go down. We got 2 weeks to practice and heal and prepare. The A&M game is huge and if we play well we can roll into Bama with momentum.

In conclusion, STOP PISSING AND MOANING, we won BIG. CELEBRATE!!! and GO VOLS.
There’s always the guy that lectures everyone about why we shouldn’t be doing something…that nobody is doing even doing. Lol. I’ve been on Twitter, Facebook, and here on this board and I haven’t see a single person moaning and groaning.

It’s like when you’re a kid and there’s always that guy that gets ultra angry and wound up because two other people are getting into over something that has nothing to do with him.

Milton looked fine to me. The first INT was his fault for not seeing the safety, but the 2nd pick was a good throw that the SC DB made a good play on. Last night was also the first time where the drops weren’t difficult plays because the throw was a bit off. Milton hit Castles and at least one or two others that hit them in the hands. He also didn’t make a lot of dumb throws or force plays. The throw to Squirrel was under thrown, but sometimes you got to trust the WRs to make a play and White made them last night.

I was most impressed with how he responded to Bru’s injury. Last week, Milton was on fire for most of the first half but got off balance when Bru went out near the end of the 1st half, as though Bru was his security blanket. This week it took a series for him to get refocused, but he responded in fine fashion.

He’s never going to be as accurate as Hendon Hooker, but he’s a good leader and managed the game well.

Both interceptions were 100% on him. The one to Warren was under thrum and also thrown to the inside. That ball has to go over Warren‘s outside shoulder to have a chance.

And yes… There were two bad drops in the game, but you also have to give credit to squirrel white for making a spectacular play on a terribly thrown ball. That’s what some of our fans don’t seem to get. We’ve had several receivers make ridiculous catches this year on poor throws yet the ride or die Milton fans seem to only want to complain when there’s a drop.

This receiver group is elite. And the offensive scheme is spectacular. There is no reason the fans should have to hope the qb “just doesn’t lose the game” when he’s a 6th year player in his 3rd full year with Heupel’s offense.

But it is what it is. Our defense is really improved this year and we’re gonna have to run things a little bit slower and kind of abandon some of those deep shots Heupel is know for until we see a new QB. Heupel could’ve had another QB ready to take over after hooker, but threw all his chips in on Milton so he’s going to ride with him to the end.

That’s a mistake no doubt… But Heupel is an amazing coach and the program is undoubtably trending up. According to 247 our roster and SC‘s roster is very similar. But judging off the game last night, you wouldn’t even think they were comparable. Our front 7 annihilated their offensive line. And when we were on offense our line was dominant. That’s the difference in what’s going on inside our facilities. Our culture, player development, strength, and conditioning program, etc. is light years better.

3 years ago they were crying about it’s going to take 5 years for us to be relevant again. Now they bitch about only 500 yds of Offense. They’re the losers!!

Right

34 points scored by the offense is an obvious sign the O is trash.

Some of yall are dumb as rocks
Last time I checked, the run game was considered offense. Before you imply others are dumb, please do not remove all doubt about yourself by posting ignorantly.
