Been eating it that way for 35 years or more. You aren't breaking new ground. Salmon is good that way and so is King fish. Pretty much any oily fish. Shrimp are excellent cooked that way also.I'm breaking all kinds of rules here, so you can expect the fish snobs to attack me after I suggest this to you. But go to restaurant that has ahi tuna and get it pan seared and cooked medium. The snobs are going to kill me because you are "supposed to" eat it either raw (like in sushi) or rare-medium if cooked.
But, if you do that and just get it cooked blackened or garlic butter or something basic, then group that with sides/veggies that you would normally get with a steak, I think you will change your mind about some seafood offerings... or at least ahi tuna.
For all the kids thinking about their future and wanting to make the best possible college choice:

Hardees is better than CB on the gravy front. But CB’s biscuits are better.
Also how do people not know you get breakfast all day at Bojangles? Cajun filet biscuit and their seasoned fries is delightful.
Some people get into their food Nazi mood and just assume everything must be eaten rare or mid-rare... if cooked at all.Been eating it that way for 35 years or more. You aren't breaking new ground. You can't really compare Hardees gravy with CB's gravy because one is sausage gravy and the other is sawmill gravy. I love both.Hardees is better than CB on the gravy front. But CB’s biscuits are better.
