Directv folks? UPDATED: Now working

what's your email and I will send you the $ saving coupon.
Not to mention my monthly bill is going to drop dramatically!

I dont know what you guys are complaining about, I watched the entire game on Directv here in north Florida. And no, it wasnt carried online. The streaming services have dropped the SEC Network as far as I can tell. None of Saturday's games were available.

I had the same problem, but the game was back on before halftime. Thank goodness I have charter AND Directv, so it really didn't effect me much

It appeared as though DirecTV blacked out the entire state of Tennessee from the game on Saturday, and it wasn't until halfway through the 2nd quarter before they fixed it.

And define "streaming services."

I watched the entire slate of weekend games through WatchESPN on my Apple TV.

Hell w/ DirecTV, I am sitting here watching Dish now and my DirecTV stuff is sitting in the floor waiting for them to send the boxes to me.
Direct called me back today offering to cut my bill and to upgrade my package. No thanks. My bill is still lower w/ Dish and I got a better package and even added a room.
Last night when I called they said they could only take $20 off my bill next month, today they could do more... but the lady I talked to talked in circles and couldn't explain things very well. Sorry DirecTV, your customer service screwed up and you screwed over too many Vol fans and the great state of Tennessee. BYE!
And if Dish does the same thing, they will be gone and I will just get apple TV and say to hell with all of it.

Concast has WatchESPN, since they didnt give 'out of SEC footprint' customers the alt channel - so I watched it on that also.

Directv blocked the Oregon vs Michigan St. game on my local affiliate channel, and when I called customer service they told me to go buy an antenna!

If you have Dish, it comes with sling technology, with an iPad you can stream any of your Dish programming as long as you have a wifi connection including the SECN. Try that with your DTV.

It wasn't blocked by DirecTV. Your local Fox station was probably owned by Raycom, who took their channels off the air last week as a negotiating tactic to try and squeeze more money out of DTV. The two sides reached an agreement sometime on Sunday, so you should have the channel again.
