Big yikes. I don't even talk politics with family much less co-workers. I wish we could go back to a time it was rude to ask a coworker about politics and it was mainly reserved for Christmas and Thanksgiving and alcohol. My office mate, the OG cat lady Dem voter she also couldn’t stay up that late.. we are navigating this election cycle pretty well, but I mainly change the topic now and she takes the hint
Don't tell @Franklin Piercelol. You act like that’s a big deal . The RNC was an embarrassment. The DNC was as well. TV ratings are absolutely meaningless.
It is already here. Hang on guys, it is goi g to be an interesting ride.Didn’t watch any of it last night, but every single msm article this morning is a total fluff piece, replete with outright cheerleading. R’s better figure out something for 2028 that’s better than what they’re doing now. If the D’s can consolidate power across the legislative branch and executive branch over this cycle and the midterms, then I see a scenario where the R party is just relegated to soundbites, no real pathway to winning much in the way of future elections as the Dems pile on with endless, unchallenged XOs, packing the SCOTUS, and a litany rubber stamped, hard left legislation completing the lurch toward a heavily socialist state.
