Your company must suck.

Most companies have something in place that that could do that if they wanted, but nobody is actually actively watching.

Respectfully thats naive for you to think that....I early outed (retired) a couple of years ago....I worked for one of the largest companies in the world.... mostly smokestack stuff, IE we made stuff for the auto, appliance, aerospace industry and were defense contractors....although I'm an engineer, I'm 1974 vintage and many of you are much more skilled with software applications than I am...big brother is always watching....
