i work in a seismology lab so i always have VN tab open on the computer...although i also dont have an abundance of posts even though i spend quite a bit of time on here

Most of my posts have come during the work day. My last job was very cyclical, so during the slow times I had time to post. Now, most of my spare time comes waiting for computer processes I use to finish running.

I'm pretty sure I recall a post where either Sly or GAVol once admitted that they make a post on VolNation every time they have sex.

Yeah, I'm on BA. I do most of my trading and info through FB. I use a different acct just to keep up with all things beers including trading and muling groups. I use untappd to keep up with my beers.

So your companies/you don't do sort of analysis of computer usage for non work related activities....we started doing that late 90's....phone usage too.....

more often than not abuse was used to discipline/get rid of employes doing other things that were more difficult to quantify, IE effort, attitude....its an easy 'gotcha....

Your company must suck.

Most companies have something in place that that could do that if they wanted, but nobody is actually actively watching.
