Do we know how good UGA will be?

They will have a better overall roster when they come to Neyland but we'll have a better QB and better pass rush. They will live and die with Chubb and Michel. They will try to slow down the game and control the clock and limit our scoring opportunities.

Unless their new QB is a stud, I like our chances. Usually the team with the better quarterback wins provided the pieces around him aren't terrible.

Missouri lost a lot and i think they go 7-5.

They still have Maulk and some weapons on offenses returning as long as they can reload on defense, they will be fine. No one in the SEC develops players better than Pinkle, no one. I could see them finishing 9-3, 5-3 next season with losses to Georgia, Arkansas, and Miss St. If UF and UT beat them they go 7-5 in a worse case scenario. But, that's a big IF because no one in the SEC does less with more talent than UT and UF the last few seasons.

8 to 10 wins is how I see it. Could end up being a special year if the defense puts it all together.

Special year? That's what David Pollack predicted last season about Georgia, said they had the best front seven in college football and they were a National Championship contender. He kept saying that until the Georgia front seven was dominated and routed by UF in the cocktail party. Then he shut up. I guess we can expect to hear him on ESPN saying the same things this year.

they say that every yr in the preseason. Every year they swear they are going to win it all.

They don't even know if Bryce Ramsey will be the starter. And I saw nothing out of him last year that led me to believe he's going to be any better than Mason.

Park and Batta were highly recruited also. Whoever the QB is, he's going to have a heck of a rushing attack to lean on.

No way they don't have a QB and the one they used last year was a 5th year senior they had to drag back from Publix sacking groceries. Personally I hope Richt stays at UGA forever, as long as he's there, they'll never get in the stadium to play for a NC. He's been there >10 years and hasn't made it yet and UGA and their supporters love their mediocrity. I love their mediocrity as well, it makes our chances to succeed that much easier. Again, they only beat us last year with Gurley on the field and by a gift TD we gave them. Chubb is nowhere near what Gurley was and their team this year won't be as good as last and we come in much improved. We kill da Dawgs this year, book it.

So winning around 10-11 games is mediocrity?

It'll be a hell of a fight for the SEC East since i think both UT and UGA will be 8-4.

I think Missouri and Florida go 7-5 and South Carolina goes 6-6.

So basically Dave predicts the East is going to be even worse this year than it was last year.

I'm also not entirely sure how well those predicted numbes can match up with schedules/games played...
