Do we need to recruit a JUCO QB?

Say what you will but if Worley couldn't get it together against USA today, it's not likely the drilling we will be taking the next few weeks will help. It's time to see the freshmen.

You won't see a freshmeat unless Worley gets hurt. If they haven't played by now they won't. Why would you want one to start against the top tier of the sec anyways?

Got to break them in sometime, now is as good of time as any. UGA's defense is far from stellar.

There is two halves of football so the guys that are saying he was 15 or 22 in the first half there is two halves in a whole football game. His play nearly loss the game.

There was only one person saying that and that was me. The reason for me saying that was to show he's improving, not being perfect, but improving. Wich also shows he's being coached up good. So say what you will, beat the kid down, and hate on the coaching, but the truth is we won.

BS I knew after the AP game that peterman wasn't the answer I never wanted him to start I also know Worley is not the answer. What I to not know is what Ferguson and Dobbs look like and I want one if them to play.

But you go ahead and assume that because everyone wanted Worley benched that it meant to putt Peterman in !

Then who the freshman aren't ready simple as that. Worley and peterman have been bad the freshman are behind them on the depth chart and its not because there freshman. Why don't you try trusting our coach for once. Better yet just go turn in your application since you know better.:hi:

The freshman cannot be any worse than Worley. I think instead of asking this question you need to find Butch and ask him why they haven't gotten a chance to show what they have first.

You probably said the same thing about Peterman, and look how great he did against Florida...

I don't care about any of that, I want to see a UT qb that doesn't look like a deer in the headlights when it's time to strap it up. You never know, one of the fresh might be a gamer.

Or not a gamer. Right now Worley is and will be our starter. He's learning, improving, and progressing, so why don't y'all (not just you defendthishouse) get behind him.

Right now, he makes UT football painful to watch. Did you watch the 2nd half?

You point out the not so good he did, but you quickly forget all the good stuff he did. He took to a 31-7 lead at the 1st half, did you not watch that part of the game? Did you forget that?

So you don't think Worley is improving?

Very little. I mean he throws 3 picks against a school that has only had a football program for 5 years and you see improvement? Had he thrown for 300 and 4 TDs with no picks, then I would agree with you.

20-36 204 yards 2 tds and 3 int. was it perfect. No. He did show improvement though. And the kinda stats your talking about would be for heisman candidates. I don't need Worley to win a heisman. I just need him to keep improving. Like he has been.

You come across as an idiot on here. Qb play is the worst we have ever had and that includes the Rick Clausen years. Worley is a great young man and I wish him the best, but and SEC qb he isnt!
