If Pig gets out of bound we are 6-6 and greys have nothing to with it (they continue to suck because they are not Orange).
GBO (notice we don't say GBG or do you propose to change that as well)?

I think once a year is good number for the gray uniforms. It'd be cool to see 1 additional alternate for a game next year.

The players love them (obviously), and I think it fires up the fan base to see our players in something different.

I actually don't mind the grey color, but the unis are way too "busy" for my taste these days. There's just too much going on, and this is from someone who actually likes Oregon's uniforms. Getting rid of the awful striping pattern on the shoulders and the words on the front would be a start. It's only one of a few different Adidas templates, so it's very possible. I'd also like to see the Adidas symbol move back up to the right shoulder, the SEC logo to the left, and leave the T front and center. It's a clean, symmetrical look. No problems with the back. I think the TN state patch is a great touch.

That being said, I thought 2013's stormtroopers were very sharp, and I even liked the all-orange creamsicles. The 2012 creamsicles looked terrible in the '13 spring game, so they improved those a lot.

As long as they are patterned like A&M and all the other teams, NO! But I do like seeing the all orange though!

I liked them a lot until i started seeing other programs use them. i was assuming this was something unique to Tennessee when it first came out. Im sure all the companies, Nike Addidas and UA all use a template of sorts for all their uniforms but with addidas its too obvious. I loved the black back in 09 but I wish they wouldve went with black pants too. As far as the helmet I think a black helmet with the orange power T and stripe would look cool. At the same time though I personally dont know if I want them to mess with the helmets. Ever.

Well you see...... I'm not the entire football team, nor do I play on the team, nor am I on the coaching staff. So I don't really have the authority to "beat Vandy"

In fact, the only authority I do have when it comes to UT football is what to "worry" over. Hence I make threads on this message board addressing these questions/concerns.

But, vol_in_ar, I don't want you to think this post wasn't important to me. I'm going to make sure to put it in the Really Important Things file so I don't forget about it.

After the reaction to the Vanderbilt game this year, I'll wager that you'll only see them once a year from here out. Fans seemed to be fine with them for one game, but the reaction, even among the non-geezer set, was less positive when we announced they would be worn a second time.
