I disagree with most of this post. I will agree on the motivator part. I’d love just once for him to get mad, at anyone.

Whenever we catch a bs call, he just gives a frustrated smile. Meanwhile, Vandy’s coach went nuts (And I’m all for what he did).

I think the majority of this fanbase would 100% agree with you. There were times throughout the year that I couldn't believe he just stood there and said and did nothing ( including the gifs that were posted to your reply....those are basically him doing nothing in all honesty). I just shook my head and thought, wow, what a scared little b!tch......

At some point, he's going to have to take a timeout during the game, walk out to the hash marks, and go full scorched earth on the head ref in front of 100,000 fans in the stands. It may cost us 15 yards, but at least everybody on the sideline would know he's got their back and I guarantee you Neyland Stadium would go nuts!

I’ve yet to see him actually get in players asses. Like damn we are getting blown out, crossing your arms and chewing double bubble isn’t helping the image.
