Dobbs has zero poise

Ummmmmm......maybe because Worely was pretty bad....he did protect the ball, but Worely was mediocrr, especially considering he is a junior.....the SC win was won because of great defensive play and a miracle Marquez North catch.....Worely sucks as well....just not as bad as Dobbs....but a legit true freshman talent is better than Worely....Dobbs just happens to be a bust.

Yet, Worley would've been the starter if he had been healthy. Also, Worley hurt his thumb early in the USCjr game. He underthrew two of those passes that North made great catches on because of his injured thumb. I would've felt better with Worley out there than Dobbs based on experience alone.

And you can't judge Dobbs on 3 games alone. Give it a little more time. To say he's a bust is over reacting.

By the time Jones was hired most of the quarterbacks were committed. I think he was recruiting Dobbs to Cincinnati. It does make you wonder why recruiting another quarterback was not high priority this year? I know they went after a couple but it didn't appear to be a priority.

Anyone remember the movie 'Neccassary Roughness'?

The writer's used their Delorean to visit 2013 where, after watching several UT games & practices, they wrote the script for most of the movie.

Who knew? 'Neccassary Roughness' is based on the Tennessee Vols!

He's a bust four games into his college career?

He might be a bust, but you certainly can't make that call now.

These Dobbs supporters kill me...its just excuse after excuse...and how could anyone in their right mind say Dobbs has a strong arm???? It's average at best. And he is the worst deep throwing freshman I have ever seen...even Brent Schaeffer looked much better throwing the ball as a freshman.

I'm not sure how strong his arm is but there have been plenty of great college quarterbacks who didn't have cannons.

I recall a very well thrown deep ball that went right through Josh Smith's hands and hit him in the face. If he catches that we possibly score on that drive and this is a non issue.

Dobbs looked bad last night but some of that was pay calling. With the loss of north and Dobbs two ints they were scared to death to let him throw anything but a screen or hitch to Neal.

I have been a Dobbs guy all along but the kid has been through a rough stretch facing all to ten teams until last night. I would definitely think the job is Riley's for the taking. If he is not the answer or Dobbs doesn't improve greatly we are in trouble again next year.

That throw was not good either. I don't know how it went through the DB's hands or wasn't intercepted before it hit Smith's facemask.
