Jeff is OK. Enjoy listening to Doc call baseball & LV games. Heather? There are no words.

I quit being a fan of "Doc"when he told his phone-screener to make me give my christian name instead of "Coach Jumper" because it was hard to say and he didn't like using nicknames...

Two things:

Is "DOC" your Christian name?

Let me help you with the pronunciation:
Coach: rhymes with Poach
Jumper: ... This one's tricky, two syllables, but we'll get there... Rhymes with bumper

Now that we are all caught up on our third grade speller... irritate us some more with your undying commitment to Holly... Not the program... To Holly

I listen to their show as often as I can....I may not agree with everything they say, but they are a fun group....The time Heather and Doc got into it on the air was radio at it's finest....

This season has been particularly hard on us as LV fans, but just enjoy the games as they are, and let the events unfold as they will.

If that doesn't work, there's always Jack Daniels.

Where does he coach?
Is he available?

It seems that all of the media wants to not touch on the Holly Warlick coaching job "gift".

This morning in the paper were two vastly different views on the game... One said, "don't be fooled by this team" the other writes of the "progress that this team is making". Neither one will reference HW or coaching staff.

+++++++++

How bout that “They’re Back”song that the band-wagoneers were using as a war-cry...… Boy, the clairvoyance of that phrase is mind-boggling…They just didn't tell us what they meant... What was back was the too-frequently subbed, "no confidence in coaching from the players" and "no confidence in their players" mentality.... BTW who is our coach again? I don’t remember hearing about or reading about her much this morning.

+++++++

They're Back,HUh.. Hope not...

We gave up 30 points to a known scorer. to the “go-to player” for that team ... we let her go off for 30…. Unacceptable. Even a MS coach would have boxed and one’d her or something. Put speedsters and expendable players on her so their fouls don’t hurt the team as much and make her life miserable for 2 hours.

We beat #2 and lose to #worse… This type of play is historically a trademark of a team in need of new leadership.

Our best recruit (Kamera); Her visit was during a pathetic loss… She’s probably not thinking highly of us right now.

Did you see it, 4 maybe 5 consecutive bring downs by a guard that went about 15 dribbles deep and ended in bad shot selection,…But “play on” seemed to be the coach’s strategy. . . Hey guys,,Middleton just finished dribbling... Nope... not yet.........

++++++++++

This tournament time folks... win-or-go-home basketball. and HW is readily admitting that they are still building the team's chemistry. Right now, she shouldn't be teaching, she should be focused only one using the players effectively in a proven offensive scheme.

I really don’t know why HW seems to be so untouchable the Sentinel writers … The morning show with the trio and others all seem to want to blame the team and not the coach.
The “team” hasn't changed:
• It was was considered top 5 preseason.
• The team is full of All Americans
• The Coaching staff, though not a new, is rebuilding…NOT the team.

You can't blame this on Diamond... You have to put the blame on the staff.... Diamond is being the Diamond that she has to be in this ridiculous "offense?"scheme.

For all the those who keeps saying its the lady vols offensive, scheme??? Can you please break that down for us, the plays, the motions, the cuts, the reads, the audibles, the outbounds plays, fast break plays, secondary first, transition offense (one shot can have three to four plays or more).

So break it down for all us who don't know anything about offense. Wuteva?

Where does he coach?
Is he available?

Coach, Jack D is down in Lynchburg Tennessee....And he is always available for the broken hearted, and owner of busted dreams....

And by the way Coach, I enjoy your insights....Keep it going.

Geno and his huskies have won 90 straight games, which speaks to the level of competition in women's basketball. So with that in mind think what just a good coach can do. Not saying 90 straight, but certainly dominate with being handed the the coaching job of the only school that has equal or better tradition, facilities, and as much help as any coach could have. That is all the break down needed imo.

Wow... Someone who understands what i have been saying.... A good AAU coach would have taken this team and kicked some Southern Tail with it.

Hw, you had a real chance here.... DD and Te'a put on quite a show in GA in the AAU. Had they been coached right, you'd be unstoppable... Instead of improbable.

wuteva, like there's a 100 Geno hangin around. Come on, and most of this offense is new, first year running it, so. wuteva.

That was my point, not saying I expect a great coach like him and win 90 straight, but to have a good coach and be dominate like maybe lose 3 games in regular season.

Holly is a good coach having a bad year. Damn! Like you care more than her and the players. wuteva.

Welp and maybe a hurt Diamond and a young freshman needed time to adjust to the rigors of playing on one the largest stages in wcbb, like Diamond and Coooper didn't lose any games in High School or AAU. wuteva?

Like Holly really, sit down her and staff, hey staff let'sfigure out a way to lose this game, let's put our team in the worse position possible this game, all year.

See, **** like that is why I say wuteva??

I roll with Holly and stand with the Lady Vols.

you have to figure is there strength of schedule too, they can rest players in between the big games, because of who they play

don't get me wrong, there obviously a very good program, but they do stack the deck in there favor

I'd rather watch trump play with his hair piece all day long than listen to those fools. "doc" is a narcissistic a hole who will constantly interrupt and belittle callers who he disagrees with. His sense of self importance is staggering. Heather has a radio voice that is akin to one scratching their nails on a chalk board at an amplified level. I can't imagine listening to her with headphones on. Can you say burst eardrums?? Jeff seems to be the most intelligent of the group, but again, like dearstone, can come across as a pompous as s. I turn them on in the morning hoping to catch some lady vol news, but what I end up catching is a massive headache from listening to their nonsensical claptrap babble...Jimmy hyams and John Anderson are about the only sports animal personalities with any kind of talent..

I'm still trying to figure out why Mickey Dearstone calls himself "Doc" on this show....lol

He wouldn't let me call in as coach Jumper because it was too hard for him to say (verbatim from his screener)....maybe he struggles with multiple syllable words.

Caring has nothing to do with coaching ability, which Holly doesn't have. neither do her sorry assistant coaches. well that's not fair, they may be adequate, it's just that the head coach may not listen.

Jolette Law said at the beginning of the season that this was the first season she felt like she knew what Holly wanted.

Stack the deck in their favor lol you can do better. It's time to come up with a new excuse. The #1 OOC schedule (teams they actually choose to play). They have no control over the AAC. Although they did manage to play a USF team (that was ranked all season) 3 times.

at Ohio State
Kansas State
Nebraska
at Chattanooga
at DePaul
Notre Dame
at Colgate (Stewart home game, Syracuse was asked, wanted no parts of it)
at Mohegan Sun(Hall of Fame) Florida State
LSU
at MSG(Maggie Dixon Classic) Maryland
at South Carolina

So that's where you wrong my friend, to do anything good, worthy or win championships, you have to care, you have to love it, all of it. So the programs not changing, the fans are because of the state of the program this year. Got it.

Hey, maybe the players dont' feel like she cares enough? Who the fux knows?
