After a loss like that on Saturday, the AD has to say something on Monday. Even if it is cop-out "evaluate at end of season." He's got to throw a fanbase that wants to believe we just got Punked and that we actually didn't throw away a two-TD lead against Mizzou.

Does the silence mean Hart has THE MAN in the wings...

... or does it mean he's hit the panic button and doesn't have the answers?

Right now, I have Hart on the clock. The longer he stays silent, the bigger the new coach better be.

I'll bet that your ''source'' was pulling his horse trailer loaded with other rednecks thru the Greeneville Commons and almost ran over Bobby Rader who then told your source to shut down his diesel truck and he would give him some info on who is going to replace Dooley. Is that how it went?

Whoa, not sure that was called for but thanks for providing a funny mental picture.

Hart doesn't have his guy but he has his backup plan already in mind. Kirby Smart is our fallback and would be out next head coach if boosters were on board.

If Hart hires yet another Bama assistant coach, he might find a U-Haul at his house later that same evening.

I believe Hart hangs up and listens to the people. He realizes the weight of the fans on the program. I think he will go out and get a good coach with the next hire. He isn't gonna get some losing record un-proven coach. If he does the heat in his office might rise.

Don't shoot me but this is what I have heard from a source that knows Bobby Rader from the vol network. He told that bobby said that we all know dooley is out and that Jon Gruden is coming and he is bringing Chief back to coach the D as well. He also said that Saban is headed to cleveland.

Like I said don't shoot me, this is just what I have been told by a source. He did say it couldn't happen but that he heard that its got a chance of happening.

if only this was true

go vols

Just what we need, another Saban flunky. The Bama stinch would be intolerable.

I'd be disappointed if he didn't have someone... After Miss St you could see where this thing was headed... If he wasn't proactive i would be disappointed..

I think I would rather keep Dooley, than have another Bama reject!!! Who the hell at UT, keeps bringing over the Bama folk?

Agree, I was just thinking the same thing and saw this post.

I think the reason he is silent is because he knows all will be forgiven when we get the next guy. Its the only explanation I can think of for being silent as the ship sinks... again.

That's the understatement of the year. He'd get chased back to 'bama by a mob with torches and pitchforks.
