Hillary support for McCain will push him over.

Why are you worried, no matter what a democrat will be elected president.

They won't have to...... the democratic party will mutiny against itself.....

McCain will get a chunk of Hillary supporters and the indy and moderates.........

Then McCain will get the GOP voters who will vote against Obama rather than vote for him.

To answer your question, FV, yes.

You think? The nomination is all but locked up and he can't even win a neighboring state like Indiana. Yea, he obviously stands a chance, but do you think that is all it is, a "chance"? Or you really see him winning?

IMO…Hillary and her supporters will do what they can to ensure he doesn’t so she can try again in 4 years.

My mind says no but my heart says he can. George Bush has really hurt anyone that runs with an R next to their name.

One of the talking heads said yesterday that racial tensions in Michigan, caused by the situation with the Detroit mayor, means he would probably lose this traditional Blue state. IMO…the cards are stacked against Obama.

TennNC believes Obama will on day rule the world as the head of the NWO!

:)

Hollywood Hogan would never allow that, brother.

Obama's inexperience in foreign policy and defense, along with his questionable relationships with Wright and Ayers are too much for him to overcome in a general election with McCain.

I don't think it'll be close.

Barring a major showing by the Bradley effect, this election will be just as close as the last two. Obama is polling fairly well in some states that have gone red in the last two elections (including Texas). While I don't see him winning TX, I think it boils down to who can better energize their base. Unless something crazy comes out about Obama, one has to think he has the edge there.
