She’s beautiful! And what a great name!

One day last year, I noticed that Chloe was running to the water bowl every time I got near it. I looked and it was full.
A day later I saw her trying to get her head into the toilet but was unable to get water as she is a Dachshund. I looked and her water bowl was full. Very puzzling.
The third day, I took her to the dog park and brought water in a bottle. After throwing the ball a few times, I filled her portable water bowl and she drank the entire thing. I refilled it and once again she drank every drop. Very weird.
I came home and her water bowl was still full.
Later that day she was once again trying to drink toilet water. I looked and her water bowl was still completely full.
I picked it up and remembered that I had cleaned it with vinegar and had left it on the counter full of vinegar.
I had put her water bowl down with just vinegar for three days. I felt like a horrible dog dad.
Made sure that that never happened again.

I've told her 100 times I'm sincerely shocked she's never bit her. She does that stuff all the time, and cocoa will still crawl up with her in tge bed every night.
