It seems to me from reading the posts on here that Worley isn't even in the conversation when it comes to next season. Dobbs has promise no doubt, and even though we haven't seen Ferg, there seems to be a lot of confidence in him. If everyone will stop and think back to the back to back GA. and SCAR. games, Worley was starting to be a leader and making the throws. Then he got hurt and we have lost 3 straight blowouts. This is not a knock on freshman Dobbs, only a just wait and see on Worley. Worley could be really outstanding his senior year.

I think we should just shut the hell up and support Dobbs for now. Let everything else sort itself out. I have no idea why we have to tear down one or the other to make our opinions have more merit.

Worley won the first meaningful game in several years as starter. Dobbs has shown great potential in his starts despite the outcomes versus very strong opponents.

We need a dynamic play maker at the QB position for this offense to be effective every week.

Worley is a game manager ... Sorry honest truth .

Worley will be the starter next season

My bet is that Peterman transfers, Worley won't play next season but he will remain on the team, rather than transferring.

Dobbs & Fergy will be the main q.b's next season.

Next season's recruiting cycle, we will sign a q.b.

Worley will NEVER take another snap under center! However, I do believe Butch likes him and will keep him on as a Graduate Assistant. He will be a smart coach someday!:good!:

Worley will get some snaps in the bowl game, he has earned that, but will probably not start next year....

So is Aj mccarron - seems to have worked out well for them. You don't have to have a "dynamic" QB to win games. A sometimes a game manager is better.

No, of course not, when you are top 5 in every single other position. We're a long way away from that, though, and Worley isn't half the game manager that McCarron is.

lol ..

Mccarron is working with a 5* OL every year.. One of the best RB backfield in the country. Veteran WR .

Not to mention the best defense in the country . Wut.

Bama doesn't run the same offense as we do too. We run a spread option attack. We have to have a dynamic play maker or the read option is useless. How is that so hard to understand. If they know that the QB can't run then you are one dimensional.

If our defense could hold opposing teams to 10-15 pts per game then a game manager would be perfect. But, we have yet to do that so far... Sooo we gotta score pts bud. Case in point. Johnny Football. Kid has to score 50 pts a game to win.
