I love numbers games, over the last 6 years they have averaged just over 3 wins per year which if we continue to win like we did this year could allow us to overtake them in 5 years or less as well.They have 45 more wins than we do. They’ve averaged 5.6 wins per season over the last decade. If they stay about the same we’d need to average just over 10 wins per season to catch them by 2033.
I’m more concerned about USC passing us.

We just passed (tied, actually) USCw. They are in the process of falling out of the Top 10 for the first time in (I think) many decades.
Edit: I take it back. Just looked it up. USCw has actually never been ahead of us. You're right; they are trying to pass us as well.
