I couldn't even see teams like Southern Miss or Colorado having an interest in Dooley. I'm not even sure an FCS team would take a chance on him at this point.

This loss officially marks the point when I went from pro-Dooley to on the fence. One more loss will probably seal the inevitable Anti-Dooley stance for me.

No, I'm hanging on. I am so desperate to see us play in a bowl game for the first time. I CAN'T WAIT ANOTHER YEAR GUYS, IT HURTS!

Been saying this since the day I steeped foot in vol nation, we can lose just as easily without him. Get rid of this loser. Who knows an interim proly has a better chance to win than him. FIRE DOOLEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! right now!

I did like the fake field goal call though, the best thing Dooley has done since taking the reigns three years ago. Still though, FIRE HIS GIMP ASS!!!

almost 95 % of the fans either don"t approve or support dooley,. I can't believe that he's still here. I don't remember a coach that has had so little support and still on the job. And I go all the back to Doug Dickey's time at UT

There is no choice now except a coaching change. Fans, attendance, and recruiting demands it!!!! Was a Dooley supporter but dang. Coaches left last year and he hired these replacement and we have been in a down hill slide every since. Hate it for tennesse but its time to shlt and get off the pot!

And Dooley is a big time loser. He has proven this with his pathetic record, not only at UT but at LA Tech as well. To not try to put your team in position to win in regulation with 45 seconds to go and the ball on the 40 yard line was the final nail. We just lost our 7th SEC game in a row for the first time in school history, we gave up more yards on defense last week than ever before, we are the ONLY SEC school to EVER give up 38 points or more for 6 SEC games in a row.
All this with one of the best offenses ( 9 of these starters will be playing on Sundays) in school history. Face it, Dooley is a loser. Why is he still our coach at 10:45 am this morning? Come on Hart, grow a pair and do your freaking job! Fire Dooley NOW! This is embarrassing!!

So you would sacrifice another year of losing and getting further behind the other teams in the conference just so we can go to some crappy bowl this year? Really? You really need to think about this stance a little more. I've never called for DD to be fired until the end of regulation last night. That was a disgrace to the current players, former players and anyone that has ever put on Tennessee orange in any sport. I want him gone and today would not be too soon.

I get sick of him blaming everyone but him self, On the Dooley show it was this player needs to..that player needs to.. Heck he should be coaching them to do this or that ! Franklin will embarrass us Saturday!

They showed a close-up of Bray coming off the field after Dooley let the clock run out and he clearly said "F@#$ This!" Those kids wanted to WIN.

As they should. However, they know they are behind the 8 ball with a doofus for a coach. I will NOT renew my season tix if he returns next year. I'm sure 50,000 other fans probably fall into this same category.

...support CDD any longer. The Mizzou debacle took it out of me. Have wanted to believe for so long, that the corner was about to be turned....then yesterday. Cannot understand the decisions made there, it's like we wanted to lose.

I don't understand it. I've been thinking about it all night and I cannot understand the decision-making process during that game.

Can't do it.

Never thought I would join NegaVol Nation but as of about 4:pm yesterday, I am officially in. Dr. Doo-Little is a flippin retard. He needs to go use that law degree and get out of coaching.

You should have said, "he wanted to lose" instead of "we wanted to lose". Some of the decisions DD has made makes me think he enjoys finshing second in football games.

Its funny OP. I didnt even watch the game yesterday. I love my VOLS and have not missed a game in a long time, whether on TV or actually there. I knew they would blow it somehow!

I ended up going to NASCAR yesterday...Funny thing is, I dont even like NASCAR. lol

CDD is way in over his head. I hate to say it, but it is time for him to go.

When we have to use a timeout just to get the punt team in order, but keep two in our pocket with 0:43 left and the ball on the 39 to start a potential game winning drive, it is time for a change. That decision was basically saying "Let's go to overtime and put this game in the hands of our defense." As soon as I saw that, I knew without a doubt that Mizzou would win. Maybe Dools can go coach Kentucky.

Bel me, it took a LONG time to get to this point. But, I've gotta let it go, we need a new coach. No other way to say it.

And I just meant 'we' as in the collective 'we.' WE are still VOLs, live and die together. But, now, its time for a parting. I think CDD has done some very good things here during his time, but its time for someone else. I just don't think this coach and this staff have SEC-caliber football in them.

I HATE being negative about our program, even thinking about this eats me up inside. But, a change has to be made.
