the whole state of NY didn't want Coughlin. He interviewed for the Bengals job and they chose Marvin Lewis, who has sucked.

There are few guarantees in coaching. Most of the time, it's timing and luck, and most people really have no idea how a change will turn out.
We just need to try and find the best fit and go for it right now.

Take your head out of the sand. Franklin, whether you like it or not, is a damn good coach. The fact that anyone here complains about a coach from vandy means he has done something right.

The reason it will not be announced until after the season is so that we can try and retain the few good recruits we have and, probably because whoever they have to replace him cannot be announced till after the season due to prior contract reasons. Lets please stop calling for dooley's head because he has already chopped it off himself. Wait for the end of the season and your wish will come true.

That doesnt help at all, actually makes it worse not knowing. Its no secret he is gone and recruits know that from other Coach's. The sooner its announced and get someone in the better.

Maybe they should just take down the site until the end of the season to prevent any speculation by the fans who subscribe to the forum. I like the way you think. No more talking Tennessee Football on the Tennessee Football forum.

This is another reason dooley needs to go asap. This recruiting class sucks.

Due respect to the players but most of these commits are interchangeable with other *** MAC recruits.
