I actually met him on that trip to Publix. It would appear it really is him. And before you ask, no I don't have a pic. Seemed inappropriate to ask our fired coach to pose for a pic in the dairy section.

You mean play-by-play announcer or analyst? As an analyst he would have as much difficulty as he had on the field. As an announcer, probably the same difficulty. "Dooleyisms" wear out quickly.

FWIW, I'd much rather be highly successful and make a very moderate amount of money than to be scrutinized at how bad I was in my profession and be given a lot of money to leave. Money isn't everything.

I would believe it was hacked before I believed he actually wrote that stuff. He did have a dry sense of humor but he does have self resepct, also. Some of those tweets go way beyond poking fun at himself.

Could he have disabled his account and someone else pick it up? I'd believe that or just about any other explanation before I believed it was real.

I'm starting to agree...Wes Rucker did say that Dooley lives near the only Publix in town. And someone else on this thread said they saw him there. So if this is fake, whoever's doing it is being really thorough with it. I don't think it's fake. So I don't know if I want to laugh or feel bad about the tweets.

Except for the Clay Travis one. That one's GOLD and laughable.

Is it Dooley's account....yes. Do I buy that its actually Dooley...no. Do I WANT to buy that it is actually Dooley...yes. Why? b/c it sounds like stuff he would say....if he was black-out wasted, which I guess is pretty possible, given financial standing and probable boredom.
