The Miami pick is very solid, they will keep that game within 10 points, no question in my mind.

EWWWWWWWWWWWW nice catch!

With the Broncs outscoring OSU by 14 in the 2nd half, that pushes my overall record to 9-0 with 1-0 this week! HIP HIP HOORAY!

You r da man ViA. Do you think Auburn will hang more than 20 on Miss St? I kinda think they will.

Of the games I'm considering adding today, the Auburn -20 is a high priority. I actually bet it, but before I submitted all of them, I purposely unchecked the box, because I wasn't sure.

pinnaclesports.com is widely considered the best in everything. Instead of -110 on your bets, you get -105. It has great lines, too. If I were you, create accounts at 3 places and LINESHOP. I don't have the bankroll yet to do that. However, if Pinnacle has a team at -7, and you see that team at -6.5 at VIP or something, that can help you in the longterm. Here is a good guide to the BEST online sportsbooks:

SBR - Sportsbook Review - Online Sports Betting Research, Best Online Sportsbooks

It reviews every sportsbook out there in a A+ to F scoring. If you want to see all of the A sites, just find the "Rating Guide" page and change the order of it to "rating." I place all of my wagers at bowmans.com

Pitt had me worried until the 1st TD. I was still nervous until the 2nd half began.

I have no units on Zona/LSU, Auburn/MSU, or Oregon/Fresno (except the OVER). Lines seems reallllllllly close to correct.

Illinois @ Rutgers (-11)

good pick

auburn worked out.

i liked oregon because of the 2 point swing toward fresno

arizona has a hyped pac 10 defense going against an sec team (sound familiar)?

i'll concede defeat on my north carolina comments, i thought they were going to prove me right for a minute though.

Well, not the best week for me. Counting the Boise 2nd half hit and the Pitt Friday hit, I went 7-5, making me 15-5 for the year. Tough week.

15-5 means you're still up though. i'm doing okay, but tech's kicker still blows.

15-5 is amazing. The experts say it's nearly impossible to sustain anything higher than 60% in the longterm (seasons upon seasons), so 15-5 over 20 bets is downright lucky.

15-10 would still be a very good rate.

ViA, if you don't mind me asking, what do you think your overall rate is the past 3 seasons? So far IMO you are as talented at this as anyone I've ever heard ATS. From here on I'm training in your DOJO and will always refer to you as Sensei, sir!

I'm very new to this, so I don't have a 3 year record. Honestly, my 15-5 record is just a heater (a positive variance stretch). There is no way I keep up a 3:1 ratio, no way. However, I'm confident I can do very well in the long term.

Stick with the thread, it could be interesting!

I've been trying to make plays earlier in the week on games I really like, so the lines won't move too far from what I want. I'll wait until Friday for some others. As of now, here are the 8 bets I've placed.

Boise State (-8) @ Wyoming

Tulane (+11) @ Miss State

Fresno State (-3.5) @ Washington

Kent State @ Miami (OH) (-11)

Ball State (+16)
@ Purdue

Maryland @ West Virginia (-15.5) [This opened at -14 and is now at -17, wish I had -14]

Michigan State @ Pittsburgh (-2)

Ohio (+17)
@ Rutgers

Sir, yes sir! I only have one this week. Bama -24.5 vs Louisiana Monroe. I only pick Bama about 2 or 3 times a season and usually ALWAYS win them. This WILL be another win ATS. Monroe is that bad.

C'mon, ViA, do some of the higher-profile games. :p

You're really gonna earn that money this week if you come out on the positive end.
