This really ticks me off. We need him, we need depth and he's messing up. Is it too hard to focus on basketball. Put the team first

Probably an altercation...if drugs were involved, Im sure the KPD would be too.

As far as what it does to the basketVOLS, I hope this isnt a distraction for the rest of them. Yeah, we lose some depth but it will hurt more if people begin to lose focus.

i doubt they would call the cops or take him away for failing a drug test, which sounds to me like the issue.

i would think an altercation would involve the police to the point where we would have heard about it.

the fight with the football team last year was in the news the next day.

it doesn't sound like a drug thing, but its just worrisome considering the fact that Jemere Hendrix was dismissed from the 2005 team and Major Wingate was dismissed from the 2006 team. both for marijuana use. and then there was coker's suspension too.

Nope. We obviously don't need to see this kind of stuff in our locker room. Hopefully the others see Bruce's tough action as an example of what can happen if they don't walk the line. Obviously we don't know what happened, so I don't want to dog Duke or anything...but these guys have a great opportunity this year - I hope they keep their act together.

I would have hoped they picked up on that when he kicked Major Wingate off the team....apparently not.

a) drug
b) academics
c) legal

I doubt he's flunked out of school in the middle of the semester and legal is usually followed by a story in the paper/police report, so I would guess he's been hanging around Coker too much.
