Lets not loose the season before it's played. There is only one thing to worry about (he won't be back) and that's only a 25% chance of that. Coach Pear will work to see that he is. I would be worried if this were his second chance.

Not worried about Duke, he was not even going to start. Hope he can clear this up but if he cant.....see ya

Well, Duke may be back and the suspension might not hurt in the end, but to say we don't need him b/c he wasn't going to start isn't accurate. He's our most aggressive post player. He took over against Texas last year and gave us the chance to win.

Didn't say we don't need him, he brings some fire. But he was not going to start and there is more talent on this team. If he doesn't get his priorities in line he needs to go. You are a big boy now and it is time to grow up.

As far as non-starters go, he's by far the most important. We need all the size and muscle down low that we have.

On the maturing/priorities thing, I'm with you. I don't want a return to the Jerry Green days. I just think it's in our best interest if he grows up quickly, as a Vol, rather than somewhere else.

Not sure if this is correct or not, but I was in the media skybox tonight for the game, and a couple of the guys said Crews, got into a argument with a police officer at a bar and threw a punch on Saturday after the football game.

One good thing I like about Pearl is that he dont put up with no bull crap. He kicked Wingate off, Passley got in trouble and eventually left, and I think he kicked Hendrix off (I need some help on that one). I think Chris Singleton verbally committed to TN over the summer, and I heard that he got into big trouble somewhere. Notice that he later opened up his other options a little more.

Get your head on straight Duke.
