I will agree with you for once. :)

I see a repeat of last year in the tourney, getting there and playing a few games, and falling shortly after. It's apparent that they are only good when both Hansborough and Lawson are on, but when its one or none on, not so good, especially since other guys aren't stepping up. I think thats a big difference between them and Tenn, when Lofton isn't on, other team members step up and get it done, even though not so well sometimes. I would love to see this matchup because I think this time Tenn will get it done.

Athletically, there is no comparison. As far as depth is concerned, when you have Ramar Smith, J.P. Prince, and Duke Crews coming off the bench, the advantage is clearly Tennessee's.

I agree also. They proved last night that w/o one the other is meaningless. Plus Duke was missing Zoubek. I know he is not as good as Tyler, but a 7 foot defender would make a difference.

Duke Crews, I am glad he is healthy but is not a very good post player, Singler and Lance Thomas could keep him in check as well as Chism. Although Chism is a better player than Crews.

A team like UNC would give UT fits, psycho T would destroy the post and they can run just as fast as UT can...

I will stick with my guns by saying, UT/Georgetown are the 6-7 best teams in the country...solid 2 seeds...

Could Lance Thomas or Kyle Singler keep Tyler Smith in check? I don't think so.

After listening to last nights game I'm gonna eliminate UNC and Dook from a title run this yr...UNC's perimeter D is atrocious as usual and Dook relies too much on the 3 with no big inside presence.....Memphis, KU, or UCLA will cut down the nets this yr.

Zoubek is just a warm body....He has absolutely no business playing at Duke, Dawkins confirmed that after a Spring practice this year.

His words were: We miss evaluated on Brian.

No. Its not IMO. :no:

Scheyer, McClure, Lance Thomas and Zoubek make a much quicker, explosive bench.

Duke has won half of thir games off of their bench play. Plus, I think that their outside defense would give Lofton fits.

Yeah that made me sick. I like UNC, but I was embarrassed over that.

Congrats to dook for out playing UNC last night. That was not at all what I was expecting UNC to do. Dook played their game (great) and UNC played something else. Might have been softball, Hell I don't know what that was, but I'm looking forward to the next meeting between them.

I never said UT was the greatest thing since sliced cheese. Is it bad to point out a Duke homers illogical arguments? If you're a Duke fan, maybe... but if you actually use logic then no.

Apples and Oranges here....IF Duke and UT were to play, Duke would run with them for the first half...and turn it into a tractor pull in the second half...Slow it down, the same way Miss State did (and they could have very easily won that game)...Billy Clyde Gillespe already outcoached ole Brucey once this year....Imagine what K would do to him?

Be an exciting game, could go either way in the end though.

Our Bench is deeper and more athletic than Duke's. Our starting lineup is more athletic.

I'm stillconfused why we aren't playing Duke. Bruce wanted to play a home and home with Duke. We could have all this sorted out. Too bad K doesn't like to actually play real opponents OOC.
