you might look at some of my Duke commentary and I'd never call them my team. The Vols are my team, period.

I get the split allegiance thing to some degree, but it's amazing how often it turns out to be the best programs at different schools rather than the sorry ones. I struggle with that.

I'm a Duke fan because a man I know and respect immensely is at the helm.

Semantics BPV...semantics...

UT is my team...UNC is the only other team in any sports that I have any kind of allegiance to...

In that regard I would say my feelings for them are the equivilent of your feelings for Duke...

I don't always chose my words carefully because...well...why should I? I'm not a politician and this is only a message board

i hate Tennessee basketball and I love Duke basketball.

I couldn't care less about Duke Football and I'm a Vol in every sport but men's basketball.

None of it has anything to do with which programs are the best. The whole one university for all is just silliness unless you have an actual tie to the program.

i have stubbed my toe many times man. and never once had an MRI. had toe nails turn black, cursed the coffey table, but never an MRI. in fact i think this is a medical first. Tool. ha

It's amazing what kind of medical care and attention such athletes get.

Yeah, the team and their Dr.'s are idiots for taking every precaution with one of their star players. Who cares about UNC/Dook and a regular season title? ACCT? Eh, there's always next year. NCAA's? Who needs another banner?
