Same, hope we get more than just a cover and the name change is just in response to the Sony leak. EA has honestly been weird with all the pivots on news of this game. Every time there’s a little bit of true info that gets leaked from a source that isn’t them they change their plans, yet the only person they are really affecting is their customer base.

I also heard they are doing a Madden Reveal tomorrow too. I’m hoping *hoping*, that they are doing this to show the differences between the 2 games and to prove that CFB 25 is not a reskin.

My fear is that’s why they changed the wording to official cover reveal lol. Madden gets a reveal and College Football gets the other covers that weren’t leaked. Maybe even a name change, I saw on twitter that the “heisman edition” might actually be called the “homecoming edition.”

Don’t care that much about Ultimate Team. The only reason I would make the delux purchase would be to access it early. And even at that point I still have to work for the next few days and won’t have that much time to play until Friday, which I am taking off or calling in. If I drop $150 throw in some uniform packs or something.

Edit: $100 for the deluxe for NCAA

Yeah, really if you want Madden since it comes with the MVP edition then it’s worth it, you try both games with few extras, if you aren’t interested in madden then there’s really no reason for it.

Yeah the annoucements aren't trending in the right direction for me. Seems like Madden 2.0 with microtransactions and all of the other bull****. Really hope we see some more in-depth breakdowns of how RTG and Dynasty will function soon.

Definitely wasn’t the news I was hoping for today. Just wait and see mode now I guess. Maybe they still put effort into dynasty, but the fact literally all of the extras on deluxe are for ultimate team does not jive with what EA was saying months ago about understanding how important dynasty mode was to fans. Or perhaps they understood and just don’t care lol

Not surprised that Ultimate Team is a big focus considering how popular MUT is also factor in all the legends they can add that Madden can’t, EA will be printing money. As for Dyanaty Mode I believe them when they say it’s a big focus, they’ve been working on this game for years, they know they need to hit it out of the park and there are no excuses for this not to be the most in depth College Football game ever. We’ll see tomorrow.

Deluxe edition it is. I hope dynasty has some meat to it in the very least and I would be ok with a reskin as far as gameplay. I would be foolish to expect anything really more than that, but I can live with it as I miss the franchise that much. Funny that NCAA Football is now being used to drive sales for Madden :)
