I moved back to the boonies in South Knoxville, and the back roads here are wet, but not slick.

Any snow on power lines and trees could cause some outages. Roads should be fine due to wind drying them. Bridges and underpasses will still be iffy.

Lol! My comment was with regard to the streets and snow actually causing problems. There were no real issues in the Knox County area.

Had a couple accidents in my area nothing to bad and some backroads here was pretty slick. We had a heavy band setup. ‘Twas nice to see this early in the season!

No, it’s fairly normal to receive snow this early.

But winters past having been un-normal. I think most of us would love just a average kinda season.
