State of Emergency for Alabama. The first line this morning was further south than they thought, but the big one comes later today. Hunker down and be safe......22 days from the April 2011 anniversary

We just missed getting hit by that F4 that wiped out Rainsville and Sylvania. That tornado was on the ground for a couple of minutes and headed right for my house, it then pulled up about 3 miles from us, then it drifted north about a quarter mile and dropped again wiping out 4 houses that had just been built, it then started intermittently dropping and pulling up till just before it hit Rainsville, then it dropped and stayed on the ground as a very powerful F4 for about 15 miles. It killed 20+ people. I will never forget that day as long as I live.

Currently, I'm between Kingston and Oak Ridge. Are these things going to build in from the south, come in a line from the west, or what?

So is it looking more like severe weather in East TN is likely to occur when the sun is down?

Watch Alert!!!!!!!!

Tornado Watch has been issued for the western valley and Plateau (Including Campbell, Scott, Cumberland, Fentress, Anderson, Roane, Rhea, and Morgan counties) until 10:00 PM EST.

The TWC radar just doesn't convince me this is going to be as bad as everyone thinks for Knox. This is the worst of it (the most red) right around 8:30. Looks spotty and looks like it will be over quickly. Am I wrong in my interpretation here?
