How about doing it now? The kid has a right to see what's out there.

If you want to be upset with someone... be upset with Kiffin and Orgeron. They said they wouldn't recruit UT commits and they are. They're also very obviously using information gathered while on the UT payroll to recruit for USC.

Kid's gotta go where he feels most comfortable. If it's USC, then it's USC. Hopefully he'll leave there still wanting to be a Vol. As far as Kiffin goes, maybe some of these kids will get the picture that his and Ogre's tactics WILL land USC on probation. It's only a matter of time.

It depends on if kiffen & co had offered him before he left, if not then yeah he's piece of dirt. If he did then I wouldn't expect anything less.

Trust me SJT18, I am pissed at them more so. I do not blame the kid as much but it is shady at this point int the process by both parties.
The kid was interviewed not only last week and said he may visit Kansas & TX A&M although UT now led for his sevrices. He also mentioned that he was not even sure he would make those. All of the sudden, the condems come a calling and he visits!?!? Just not right!

It is a free country though!

I don't personally have a problem with a kid tripping and then being sure that he is happy with his decision. I personally find it to be a better situation if the kid has seen what else is out there and sticks with his commitment than if he switches from school to school to school. It is kinda infuriating to think that Lame would renege on his "assurances" to Hamilton, but we shouldn't be surprised at all, the staff did much the same here when Reaves called South Carolina commits when he left there to come to UT. It's disappointing to think that Lame is as capable as he seems to be of sheer spite to the UT fan base, after we dared question his decision to leave. But, he is so self-absorbed that he clearly is capable of doing so. I just hope these kids see through his charade and use him like he uses us and them.

What I'm saying is even if you can't lay off the kid out of fairness to him... keep it to yourself so there's zero chance of him or a buddy seeing the comment. I want the kid at UT... and especially now. Everything needs to be POSITIVE from us.

Yeah and then remind Kiffin that it was himself that sold him on Tennessee and that he hates California and that there program sucks! And then I hope that he ask's Coach X what he is gonna do with all of that cool UT gear that he has!

This is nothing more than a low blow by Kiffin and staff at USC. Kiffin doesn't want Loften. He's just going after him to rile us. Hopefully Loften is smart enough to realize this.

I have no problem with his visiting USC. Let him check it out. In the end, he will want to come back to Knoxville.

I think if you look at my past 100 posts you will see I am pretty positive. I poke fun here and there but I normally always look for the silver linning. I understand and get your point.

I am not saying I don't want this kid as he would be a great and needed addition. If he is firm, I want him to be all Vol! I guess I am just getting irritated by all of the crap on this board lately.

Yep, he was Loften's primary recruiter. USC has plenty of talent, why they trying to come after our recruits. Kiffin has already done enough damage to us this year! We might as well get use to him trying to steal our recruits every year, just in spite.

I'm to the point, I am not going to worry about this kind of crap. If these guys want to follow the snake to USC and take a chance on going down with him when they get busted, then let them go. If they really want to be a Vol, they will be. If they want to be a snake they will as well. I just hope their true colors show in the end.

I believe he also said that the recruit could call them and then they would talk to them,not sure how that went down with Loften,be nice to know though

You guys need to go to weareusc forum and check out how stupid their fans are. Well ill take that back somewhat because a lot of us were brainwashed a lot like them by X. But they will find out soon. Anyways they think they can get whoever from wherever they want. As far as loften, DD needs to tell him if he visits then no offer here. Also on ambles their fans are full of it but some think he will be at lsu or bama. And over there they talk about us like we are scum lol their campus is a few blocks from the bloods and crips domain. Who is scum? Lol

Exactly! I'm sure they would take the commitment, but its mainly him trying to be a tool. Dude don't have a heart at all. It will all catch up to him & O, sooner rather than later.
