Not to argue, just to inform - Donde Plowman hired White after she fired Fulmer. She chose White from among the candidates.
I think he was the second or third choice among her candidates, but she processed her way through the list QUICK. Don’t doubt the first two would have been home runs, also! I remember wanting former Vol Ingram from UAB…he didn’t get an interview.

He's an SEC Linebacker, he'll be on the field sooner rather than later. When it's all said and done, He may be the most impactful recruit in this class.
Like how he stacks up against Sammy Brown…tools wise. Not going crazy and saying he’s better…but can do the same job at a high level. And that’s what you do in recruiting.

Some will push for playing time immediately. I think Carter could be one this year to see snaps as a true freshman.
Coach Hype was asked about Carter on local Nashville radio sports show at SEC media days- he was estatic when talking about him being mature and very impressed by his athletic abilities. Believe he will she playing time early and at a much needed position.

I've checked all the pictures in this book. No such hounds listed. Probably non-allergenic hybrids. Nothing to sneeze at.
Good call on hybrid or cross breed. Those puppies aren’t standard by any means.

A lot of us doubted. And justifiably so. We have been through a lot, and all of a sudden we get Central-Freakin'-Florida's coach? Some in here will pretend they 'knew' all along, but most of us were not blown away.

I'm happy to have been wrong. I remember that Basilio said for a log time that Tennessee just needed a few pieces of GOOD luck to turn it around. Heupel was one piece, and he got here to another - Hooker. Who saw THAT coming either?

Two good luck pieces, and as it turns out, Heupel is a helluva coach.

Go Coach, Go!!!

I believe Hooker wouldn't have happened if we got any Coach besides Heupel. H3ll even Heupel had him 2nd until he didn't. So Hype liked Joe over Hooker until Joe got hurt, so I'm feeling we should not miss a beat on O this year.

It was time for a change, so best thing that Joe got hurt. He had lost confidence..

I agree but Hype might have still went with Joe preparing for the future thinking he had more upside, since first year coaches get more leeway. The injury happened so we will never know but I feel it all worked out for the best for the team overall.

I don't think there is any question that Josh caught a break there..........
