According to CNN they do count early vote/mail-in first in NC. Which is why the numbers are so skewed to Beasley right now. I still think it will be a close race. All depends on turnout in urban areas.

CNN just said that 95% of the same day vote was still outstanding. If that’s the case, Budd will win.
