I have not bought the new digital tickets now required at UT stadium before. I reached out to someone on craigslist. He had four tickets for the Austin Peay game. He said I could Venmo him the money and he would print tickets for me that I could pick up or he would mail to me. My understanding was that no paper tickets were allowed at the stadium. Am I wrong? This is all new to me. Is he correct? Or is it or something wrong with this offer?. Thanks for your help.

Ticket Master is the vendor of choice by UTAD for ticket sales. Never buy tickets to have them delivered electronically unless you personally know the person you’re dealing with. Ticket Master app is super easy from buying, to selling or just transferring digital tickets.

I think you're supposed to store them in your phone's Apple/Google wallet and then you don't need wifi to pull them up. Or just screen shot them.

Store in Wallet. I think I read a disclaimer somewhere that said they wouldn’t accept a screenshot for admission. I could be wrong, but thought that’s what I understood.

Before arriving at the venue to access the event, here are some tips to help expedite gameday entry:
  • Access tickets through the Tennessee Athletics app or an All Vols Account Manager account at least 48 hours prior to the event.
  • Add tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
  • Make sure the mobile phone is fully charged.
  • Have the ticket displayed and ready to be scanned before entering the venue. It is recommended that fans send each guest their own individual ticket if the party is arriving separately. If there are multiple tickets on an account for the group, swipe left on the barcode after scanning to access the additional tickets.
  • Reference the seat location on the ticket to access a seat(s).
  • Turn the screen brightness to its highest level for easier scanning.

I have paper tickets, they cost a little more, but what cool souvenir doesn't?

So there are absolutely paper tickets available, jsyk

Plus why not go into the ticket forum/section here on volnation and trade tickets with other like minded folks

just my 2cents

The only way you could get screwed worse is if you found a nice pair on Tinder.

Paper tickets were sold and allowed last year for season tickets holders. I paid an extra 50 for them. I am not sure if that's an option this year I haven't checked.

Screen shots aren't supposed to work. There is a ring that changes colors on the real eticket.

Yeah a guy on this site reached out to me about a parking pass. Wouldn't talk to me over the phone. Immediately a sign he's full of crap. He found me on this site too. So scammers are on here too.

I just sold tickets to a Vols fan. Tips are good communication. We venmoed but we did tests to make sure the other one was legit. He venmoed me a small amount. I venmoed him back the same amount. He then sent a small amount or partial payment. I sent him one ticket as a show of faith. Then he paid the rest and I sent him the remaining tickets once both parties were satisfied and felt comfortable. Many pics taken on my end to show him my tickets were real. Trust me bad folks are on this site.

I still Wonder what someone is supposed to do who doesn’t wish to own a smartphone.

It just seems not to even be an option in life. In some restaurants, they don’t even have real menus to hold, just scan the QR code at the table. I hate it. Football games and dinner outings are times to put the phones away!
