I don't think it really matters. Lewis doesn't know whether or not he is going to UT anymore than the other recruiting experts I wouldn't think. I'm sure people from UVA/Duke/UM will be there as well.

Yeah, every school will likely be represented on Friday. For what it's worth, some of his classmates believe he's headed to UVA now. I wouldn't believe what anybody saying anymore (including me). Some say he's going to Tennessee, some say he's headed to Virginia, and then there's a small minority that believe he'll stay home for college. I'm through trying to handicap his recruitment. Rumors are coming from all angles and Elliot isn't giving any hints right now.

This would be such a HUGE get for our basketball team. Imagine with a close of Williams and Singleton?

Maybe Eshaunte found out that EW was coming here...and went elsewhere :) wishful thinking i guess

idk, i guess im just buggin out because if Ramar leaves after 08-09 season then we would have to rely on a freshman pg in 09-10, but i keep forgetting its not like football where it would be better to have a guy there for atleast a year first before sticking him out there... hopefully we could get a stud PG in 09

This kind of reminds me of last year when a bunch of Kentucky prospects dropped off the board and committed elsewhere a couple days before Patrick Patterson committed to UK. Hopefully we get good news like Kentucky did!!

So according to the rumors I've heard about EW this week.

His coaches think he's headed to UT
His classmates think he's headed to UVA
Some people deep in the Memphis bball scene think he's headed to Memphis

...

Friday can't get here soon enough

We're going to be left scrambling for guard prospects if we don't sign Elliot. Teondre Williams or a JUCO prospect could be in the works Elliot heads elsewhere.
