Embarrassing SECCG

Assignment D is non existent in the SEC this year. Chavis did as good a job as any against the Barners.

This too shall pass.

ah well....the "butthurt" is the fact that the Mo Tigers are in their 2nd year in the SEC after all the SEC fans said they don't belong here and the SEC don't want them are in THE game...and the fact that Auburn really sucked last year and they get a new coach and BAM they are in THE game..while Tennessee got a new coach and finished the same way they did last year.

You have to be trolling, because there's so much ignorance to your post otherwise.

I'm not going to lie, seeing the 1 year turnaround at AU while we are still a losing team again is irritating.

I agree to your point, but the comparison is apples to oranges. Very different situations when you look a little deeper.

Exactly. It's one thing to be losing but still be recruiting well. It's another altogether to have a coach who can't win and doesn't even try to recruit.

I know you love trolling, but that's even weak for you. Anyone with a lick of sense knows Auburn's problem has never been talent. Once Malzahn left, Auburn went to sh*t because Chizik was the coach. He comes back a year later and they're good again. Even a simpleton like you should be able to figure that one out.

Meanwhile, enjoy watching Boise go back to their irrelevant state that they were in before Petersen.

Seriously, the east is wide open and both teams are bulletin board material for next year.

Let`s relish this opportunity and compete for the East and the final 4 next year.

Winning the East this year isn't an accomplishment.

Someone beat me to the punch. While the display Saturday was more than less than ideal for sure, I'd much rather watch that scenario than watch two offenses without a pulse need an overtime to muster just 15 total points...

I thought it was a fun game to watch. Both are good teams.

Initially, I thought Mizzou was going to be a better matchup for Aubie. After the game I wondered if the Cocks would have been tougher defensively. Who knows?

Our defenses are comparable. I like to think we wouldn't have let them run for 600 yards, but who knows. I still can't figure out why Mizzou didn't load the box more.

That three man front wins the "Short Bus" award for the year.

Maybe I missed it and maybe I'm simply getting my Jimmy Hyams on here, but why on earth did they not come out of that? It was apparent very early in the game that the three-man front was going to get gashed. Several touchdowns and 600 yards worth of rushing later, and Auburn is headed to Pasadena.

Some of the offensive play-calling for Mizzou was pretty suspect, too, imo, especially late in the game.
