Keeps those numbers up I have always thought he should be considered with the others. His stats are great this year.

I could care less about the Heisman and hopefully he feels the same way. Just keep winning games. Stay focused.

Yeah, but Ainge has a higher completion % and more yards. He does have more interceptions and less rushing yards, but both have one rushing TD. Look for Ainge to be a top preseason Heisman favorite next year. Lets just hope this type of talk don't go to his head like it did last year.

NFL cares about Heisman. Me If I were in his shoes I would care more about winning an SEC Championship and National Championship then the Heisman. You have to admit Heisman on your resume will add a chunk of $change$ come Draft day.

Hey LG - do you think Leak is upset that Tebow is creepingin on his turf? I know he has been a key factor in games but you can't tell me that leak doesn't feel a little underappreciated at this point?

I love how everyone in here states with so much authority that they do not care about the Heisman. Give a Vol a Heisman though and those same people will be posting about how great it is.

Yeah, think about all the money the Heisman made Gino Toretta, Scott Frost, and Jason White.

I hope you don't think I would care. Wouldn't matter to me if a Vol won the award 3 straight years. The Heisman Trophy ceased to be relevant to me when Herschel Walker didn't win in 1980.

Theirs no way on Gods green earth Ainge would leave for the NFL after this season.

1. He has to prove he can be consistant from 1yr to the next.
2. He has greatly improved, but imagine next year after he has 2 years under Cut.
3. Not many if any QB leave early for the NFL. Not even Leinart and he was almost a lock for a number 1 pick after his Heisman and NC.

Ainge won't win the Heisman this year unless we run the table, take down the beloved in the end, and besides everyone has already given it to Troy Smith. Just watch ESPN this weekend they will tell you so:whistling: .

True, but we all know they had huge signing bonuses that they wouldn't have gotten if they didn't get the HEisman. Now I didn't say that the Heisman made you a great NFL player I was just about to post a response about the same ones not making it in the NFL when you posted it.
