ESPN Reporter Allegedly Tells Sen. Josh Hawley ‘F*** You’ Over NBA, China Criticism

You're right. I don't know you, but you're quick to label an entire group as trash so you painted with the same broad brush
I’m not painting at all. And I’m not speaking for anybody in this forum except me. And I’m not quick to label anybody, I haven’t watched an NBA game in 20 years. As I said before I don’t respect, like, or have any time for anything that’s connected with the NBA. And that goes for anybody that blindly defends them

I'm not blindly defending them. My original response was to one of our posters making the statement that everyone in the NBA was trash. Kneeling for anthem doesn't make one "trash"

Yet many of them have done more to help this world then you. Even on stuff you agree with. You think you have helped feed more homeless? Have perspective. I know you are incapable. Do you realize that you are everyone’s joke about being an idiot? I am curious what that is like:
Let’s get a few things clear. I am not looking for anyones approval here, especially from radical leftists, RINOs or fraud libertarians.

But I can admit when I am wrong and I was wrong to say everyone of them are trash, the guy from Orlando is not trash. He is brave, courageous and a patriot who plays a game with POS who are none of those things.

I don't like it, but I'm not going to disparage someone's character because they're exercising their right to peacefully protest. Certainly doesn't mean they're any less of a patriot
They have every right to protest. They’re showing their lack of character in protesting in such a manner. What good is the protest doing when they’re being so disrespectful. Maybe they need to rethink their manner of protest. How about protesting at the ballot box. Vote the corrupt politicians out. I could respect someone more than them just “pissing” on anything and everything American.

You have a right to your opinion

Woke NBA Coach: Actually, I Was Wrong About Hong Kong and Free Speech, and I Regret It

I've been quite harsh in my assessment of Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr, an outspoken lefty whose hypocrisy vis-a-vis social justice and China has been glaring. Late last year, Kerr cravenly dodged questions about Beijing's myriad abuses, more or less regurgitating the NBA's official 'see no evil' line. He stooped to disgusting moral equivalencies as a means of deflecting the conversation away from the regime's egregious and systemic abuses, and onto America's flaws. Condemning American policies was well within his comfort zone, and represented extremely safe terrain within the NBA's political zeitgeist; acknowledging the flagrant human rights abuses and international law violations of the Communist regime, however, was just too risky. Think of the cash at stake.

The Houston Rockets' General Manager was ripped and ostracized for his simple public statement in support of democracy (much like the league, Nike scrambled to prostrate itself before Beijing with anti-virtue signaling, while peddling phony wokeness back home), as Kerr and company remained dutifully silent. A pitiful display of greed and cowardice. But credit where it's due: The former Chicago bull is finally admitting he was wrong, and doing so with some specificity. A qualified 'bravo' for this:

What is the point? They are wearing BLM t shirts. They have their message on their chest.

What does the kneeling do? Represent?

Ask them. I don't worry about other ideologies if they aren't harming me. Too much of today's society is too concerned as to what others do, even when it has no real affect on them

There aren't any radical leftists in this forum. At least no one has posted in a manner that reveals a lean to the left fringe

They dont hang out on this board.

Figured you knew since you stated 90% of them were better people than half this board. Makes sense you'd be pretty tight on their actions and thoughts.

I'm just going by what most of them do for charities and their communities

Given the dollar amounts they give, I can infer statistically. Do you understand?

I know how much I give and I believe it's more than most here but nowhere near the amounts they give

Well that was a stupid answer. So if someone has 10 million dollars and they give 25,000 to charity then they are a better person than all the people that give less?

That is a really stupid thing to infer

IDK how we make judgments about which group is moral or nice, or whatever we want to define as "good", but the amount they pay in taxes, the community efforts they (have to?) make, and the $ they give away objectively puts them on a level that we normal people can't obtain.
