His comments started at the 17:15 mark..He started ranting about Joe Milton not being worth a flip and UT fans being crybabies ( referencing Kleenex ) and it went downhill from there..I left the link shortly thereafter..The Jackazzes whose show he was on ( Crain and Company ) were laughing their azzes off.....

The show's gimmick was having folks pick from groups of teams. In Tennessee's group was Oklahoma, North Carolina, Texas A&M, and Wisconsin. Luginbill said he'd pick Tennessee, but then said "oh wait, Joe Milton, I forgot about that" and decided to go with another team. The hosts said "oh watch out for the Tennessee fanbase," and that's when Luginbill said Vol fans were sponsored by Kleenex.

Also, just going to leave this nugget - Luginbill picked Clemson in the Orange Bowl. So. Well done, Tom.

Someone be sure to resurrect this thread when the proof is in. Poor ol' inaccurate Joe... just completed 65% of his throws with a 200+ QBR and no picks.... including 68% vs Clemson. His YPA was 11.8.

For reference sake... Drake the guy they loved who plays in the ACC... had a 66% completion rate with an 8.8 YPA. He threw 7 picks with a 158 QBR.

Guess he hasn't seen ESPN's drop in subscribers from 100 million in 2013 to 76 million in 2023. He will need a Kleenex if he understands accounting.
It is a shame we need them to be very successful in order to have the most lucrative SEC TV deal.
I will rest assured VolTwitter will TCB.

I see it as a Badge of Honor.

He wouldn't be making a snotty remark [insert product placement] toward Kentucky or Miss State, because they are on no one's radar. Tennessee is.

Luginbill is the worst recruiting evaluator on the planet. He’s the college football recruiting version of Mel Kiper…a self-appointed “expert” with no more ability than my grandmother.

He could at least try to mitigate his incompetence by acting professional.

Yes but the system! Also, Josh Heupel, despite deploying this system that makes monsters of mere men is not the best coach in the world.
