I beg you do not trash Evans reputation with your speculations. I get the questions but not the going off deep end negative stuff. I do not know details and would not share if I did. Pray for him and his family if you want to talk to someone about him.

Hopefully it’s a singular issue and not team wide. If he made a mistake then learn your lesson and move on.

Man wouldn’t that be a totally tn thing to have happen. By far best team in baseball and then lose all the players due to ped testing.

Next man up. Hope everything is okay with Evan and he either comes back soon or, if he can’t, goes on to great success. He’ll go down as a Vol great either way.

But sports, especially baseball, can be funny. Maybe this .065 hitting backup catcher comes in and gets hot. Maybe he comes through with some clutch hits this postseason. Maybe he gains the confidence he needs to break through next season. Maybe he becomes the surprise story of a great postseason run. Impossible, you say? Of course not. Crazy things happen all the time in American sports. That’s why we love ‘em.
