The right question would be how many has he won since he took over at UGA?  Or maybe how may X coach has won in his X years at X school... I think the only one you'll find hanging more than Fulmer was Spurrier at UF.

Why are we even having this conversation?

Richt owns fulmer, so does spurrier and Tubberville. That list isnt getting shorter either. Looks like Meyer maybe is next on the list. And if Saban was at LSU you could add him to it. Fulmer has a losing record against all those Guys, and its not going to get any better any time soon.

That is exactly it, he has been so loyal to this guy when obviously our offense has been going downhill since RS' promotion.

Now you are fond of using a car analogy. Let me use this one for you. Do you take a car to the mechanic when the engine starts acting funny or do you wait until the whole darn thing blows up?

Actually? I fix it myself.

Ok, so you're able to fix it yourself. That's great. But do you fix it when it starts knocking or do you wait until you're broken down on the road somewhere?

It's nice to be honest here, it fits just right... I let it fly until my Dad or brother tell me that something has to be done. I like to hope that things will be ok. :D

Look, I think we agree the offensive staff needs to go. I just wish it were done a couple of years ago instead of wasting what should have been a very special year.

Do I really really want to see Fulmer go? No. But I am tired of the complacency there. I wish he would be more proactive and make changes before it gets to this sad state.

Can you at least see my point there?

Could someone mention the fact that when the offence actually does have the ball and they run it, it's ALWAYS up the middle or to the left. It doesn't take a brillant opponent to figure out our SMALL play book and stop the run. Sanders is a joke.

Yes, we have all established that Sanders is a joke, should be fired, and if CPF doesn't do so, he is commiting career suicide. ??? Anything else, or does that cover it?

How can you call players that fumble the ball away in the redzone "talented"  ???  If Spurrier had been the UT coach the outcome would have been the same, the players choose to play the way they do, a coach isn't going to change that.

Are you kidding me? If Spurrier has been the coach we would be executing! He would make sure of it. It is the coaches responsibility to drill fundamentals and execution. It is is coaches responsibility to prepare players. This is NOT happening....period. How can Spurrier take a bunch of players with 1/2 the talent and beat TENN????? Because he knows how to prepare his players. He makes average players good. Your comment,....sad to say is way off base. In addition, if none of this is Sanders fault then what are we paying him for? Trust me, it is much more than play calling. It is player development.

I am happy to see Fulmer and Sander's family posting on the board now, because those are the only rational people that can be defending them right now.

If you are happy going 6-5, then maybe you should root for Vandy.

Here is the deal, sheep. Fulmer gets paid in excess of $2million a year to produce. Can you tell me when the last SEC championship that he won is? What is his record against Mark Richt, Steve Spurrier, and Tommy Tubberville? You can thank your lucky stars that Nick Saban left LSU, or we would be 2-5 right now. Imagine that! Now will you answer to that or just continue to spout the same crap about how we are bandwagon fans?

No, this is not just about this year. This is about underachieving, poor discipline, and a general decline of the program since 98. Fulmer has rested on that 98 NC for so long and has let this horrible show happen.

I'm in no way defending Randy Sanders. I think he should have been gone a long time ago. I'm also not happy with a 6-5 UT team, but it just pisses me off when I hear people start saying "I can't support a losing UT team" or "I'm gonna start cheering for USC or Texas, cause they're winning now". Those are the fairweathered fans I'm calling out.

Also, I just don't see how people are wanting Fulmer fired. I understand that he definitely needs to make personnel changes this season. If he does and that doesn't help out the situation out, then he needs to be replaced. Just not this year.

I know alot of players have gotten in trouble the in the last year, but I think that PF has handled it well. He's not afraid to suspend his players for big games, and kick some off the team.

I understand that UT hasn't won an SEC Championship since '98 and Fulmer hasn't got an outstanding record against Richt, Spurrier, Tuberville, but maybe a losing season would do UT good. Look at the seasons that Penn State have had recently, they made some personnel changes and now they're back to being a Top Ten team.

That's my two cents, "sheep". Now get back to that big ole' bowl of cajun jumbo. Aight.
