program killer pointguard comments imho should have said that only to Fulmer.

Nope needs to be said publicly, puts even more pressure on something to be done about Warlick. Everyone, even the players, have had it with that sorry excuse for a coach. She should have been fired on the sidelines as soon as the game was over.

One of the funny things about this is that y'all are all assuming she's referring to CHW. Because that's what you WANT to be true. She could've been talking about any of the coaches.

I think she’s talking about all of them honestly. Dean looks like he’s always just chillin and collecting a check too. They didn’t have to do a whole lot when Pat was there. She was a do everything kind of person. Holly and Dean were just along for the ride.

Yeah she's probably referring to the towel boy or something like that. She's f'ing talking about that idiot head coach, Holly "I couldn't coach a 3rd grade team" Warlick. Face it, accept it or whatever you need to do but the players know what all of us, except a handful of people like you apparently, that they have a coach who sucks and blames them for her failures. Some of you still refuse to see the writing on the wall even though it's so painfully obvious.

Evina has played like crap the whole season so that is both on her and the head coach. Holly's big mistake was not benching her ass earlier in the year.

I respectfully disagree. We wouldn’t have won half the games we did early on without her play. The question is what changed after Christmas. We hit the SEC and all of a sudden lost the offensive flow. We were moving the ball well and playing with confidence before January. What stifled us? Last year it was the pound it in to Mercedes strategy. This year? I don’t know but I don’t think Holly has the answer anymore.

Meme lost her touch, got hurt, and acted scared to death to shoot after that. Who was working with her? Her threes were opening up the drive for us. I remember when she hit 7 in one game. And then all of a sudden she refuses to shoot. So without an outside attack we are back to teams playing a zone against us and we all know how that turns out.

I disagree
You want Massengill as the PG instead? She isn't ready for the big leagues...not even close. Can't shoot, can't pass, can't defend. Just ...no.

Evina has great floor vision and was one of the more perimeter scorers. Bench her, and there go the assists. Even with the turnovers, her ability to get good looks and find open teammates in scoring position was an asset. Sure, she could be even better if she played for a real coach, but all of the players are handicapped by Holly in the same way. No matter how much you want it, Burrell is not gonna gonna be the star of the team. She's barely ahead of Massengill on the development scale.

Never said i wanted Mass at pg. They need to get a real pg because the stats and facts don`t lie Westbrook is a real pg.

I agree that Evina is better at SG or wing, but if you move her off the point this season, who replaces her? Massengill is the only option, and supposedly she was a top 5 PG in her class.

New coach Burrell will shine never should have sat behind Jackson. I also would play Zaay at the point if needed she can score and is much quicker the Westbrook

Zaay and Mass are the same height let Zaay run the point when needed

Ok, they get a "real" pg, who's gonna teach them, develop them, grow their talent? These young women aren't coming out of high school fully developed to win championships! Man, I had a ton of respect and admiration for coach Summitt before, but now that I see her assistants were just seat warmers, that respect has gone up even more! Wow, was she awesome!

She didn't even said much, I would've said it all like I did to my general manager when he stupidly asked me to a give a presentation infront of the top official.. I was like really sir.. After I did and turned it against him, he was fired immediately.

Yes, and any coach worth half their salt would have fixed that halfway through last season. Holly just scratches her head.
Or her ass and says …" I do not know what is wrong, they had great practices, they just did not follow the game plan, and I can not coach effort and I do not know how to fix it "

Some people are giving Evina sh*t about her comments. That it’s disrespectful. Where were all these people at Holly’s conferences? She never once took responsibility for anything, blaming players like Evina in public. So I guess that’s ok, but please don’t ever say anything about Holly.

Amen to Evina speaking out on coaching. I support her comments an urge AD Fulmer to fire Warlick; otherwise our Lady Vols basketball sinks further. If Fulmer does not fire Warlick or force her to resign, then Fulmer needs to be replaced as AD.
