Expect Tennessee to be 10th in BCS

Wow . . . USC at #2 after holding on for dear life last night . . . Texas gets whipped at home and they are the top ranked 1 loss team. Florida loses a close one on the road and they fall all the way to #10, a spot behind another 1 loss team that they beat??? Auburn is back up to #7 a week after getting kicked all over the place by Arkansas.

Polls just don't make sense to me sometimes.

The most confusing thing for me is Texas being ahead of Tennessee ANYWHERE. They have 1 quality win, while we have 2, 1 of which is against a top 10 team. Our other victories are better than Texas's as well.

I agree . . . I think they've got us about right. Auburn may be a spot or two too high, but no big deal . . . but Florida is getting screwed.

There is no way we're the 4th best 1 loss team in the country.....I wonder what kind of drugs some of these pollsters are doing because they must be pretty good

It think it's supposed to be on Fox. The rankings are due out at 4:00, so I guess they are going to do it between games.

If UT is 10th in the BCS I think its time for UT to seriously talk about moving out of the SEC to some weak conference like the Big East that UT can own, and be playing in a BCS game and possibly a NC game every year.

Beware the Notre Dame. It, literally, took less than 3 minutes after the end of the FL/AUB game for someone on ESPN to proclaim Notre Dame as the best 1-loss team in the country. We all thought this love-fest was over after their loss. It's about to start again.

Again, the beauty of the BCS. Reward teams for playing a weak schedule and hyping themselves in the polls.

Just all the more reason to hate Michigan State for tanking in that ND game..:BANGHEAD2:

I'm sorry, but as an outsider (Texas), TN would beat the ever-living crap out of Louisville, West Virginia and USC. It would be a 50/50 game with Texas and Michigan. I think Ohio St. is the best team.
Unfortunately, the USC/Notre Dame game at the end of the season will be a real hype-fest for either team, though they're both over-rated.
