Did reporters even ask Heupel when they expected Mays to return to the field after the presser Monday. I don’t think a lot of folks realize how important the Center is. If we can get Mays back healthy and Mincey back out there I think our O-Line gets a lot better. People forget we struggled with Mays out last year. That is another thing we need to develop a quality back up center. Ollie isn’t it and neither is Davis. But that is a position we really can’t afford to be light at. And what is Addison Nichols deal, at some point that kid should be making a move. GBO

The reality is it’s hard to perform well with an inferior offensive line and exponentially harder without a mobile quarterback.

Team will look improved once CM returns to service. Defense will improve when we get Pills back on the field for defense.

Wins won’t be easy to come by this year.

Agree. Tenn is still a top 25 football program. Even top 50, doesn't make us horrible.

I felt like it was a 3 loss season from the beginning and I thought we’d play better than we have. Still could be a 3 loss season if they pull it together. Some teams do. Some don’t. I guess we will see about this one
