Even in this Trumpian alternate reality where we’re all supposed to assume the FBI, Judges, DOJ, the national archives, and whoever else are all out to get him, doesn’t that suggest that the swamp is still a thriving echo system? Even the most pro-Trump alternate reality is that Trump failed at draining the swamp.

I'm beginning to see why Trump is trying to float the "FBI planted evidence" balloon. Maybe the big lie #2 is taking shape. But we know the cult will never buy into that....right?

Why would the chief executive of the entire country have to legislate to “drain the swamp” from an executive agency?
