Federal Indictment of Donald Trump

LOL.

1) Like most of the Fox News opinion show hosts, Jesse Watters cheered right along when Donald Trump was using Twitter to urge Attorney General, William Barr, to have Joe Biden arrested in October of 2020.

2) There is no evidence that Biden had anything to do with the FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago.

3) Why didn't Trump just comply with the subpoena and return the classified material that the DOJ was looking for?
It’s time for you to go wipe Sloppy Joe’s ass and rub his bunions.

I love the fact that people are frothing at the mouth about Garland weaponizing the DoJ yet have somehow forgotten that Trump tried to shoehorn in a woefully inept AG right before he attempted to overthrow the election. They don’t mention that very often for some reason even though there are trials going on right now about it.
And when it comes to the weaponization of the DOJ, Donald Trump was on Twitter a month before the 2020 election, pleading with William Barr to have Joe Biden arrested.

That was apparently acceptable, but the Mar-a-Lago raid crossed a line?

In order to trust that theory, you would have to believe that Donald Trump kept "Spygate documents which likely implicated the FBI" in his possession for a year and a half, without ever publicly disclosing their contents.

Does that sound like something Donald Trump would do?

Are you kidding me?

If Trump had documentation which validated such a serious grievance of his, it would have been all over the internet within 24 hours from the time he had taken possession of it.

Trump could take those documents, read them to you, show them to you and shove them up your ass and you still wouldn’t believe they’re real until CNN or MSNBC says they are

A fitting epitaph for the guy who tried to attack the FBI:

“Well, I thought I had a way through bullet proof glass, and I didn’t. If you don’t hear from me, it is true I tried attacking the F.B.I., and it’ll mean either I was taken off the internet, the F.B.I. got me, or they sent the regular cops while,” the account @RickyWShifferJr wrote at 9:29 a.m. ET, shortly after police allege the shooting occurred.

That's not the point. If he was in possession of such explosive material, which validated his prior spying allegations, he damn sure wouldn't sit on it for a year and a half. He would make it public.

Trump could have just complied with the subpoena and returned the requested documents. I mean, that was an option, in lieu of being raided.

It is funny how the right wants to completely absolve Trump of any responsibility for this messy situation. Why not just hand over the documents? Hell.

Because then he couldn't play the victim role he so deeply relishes. This idiot thumbs his nose at the law and then he and his dumb supporters act like martyrs and clutch thier pearls when he's raked over the coals.

Lump in the fact that he literally told the world he was raided in an attempt to garner sympathy and I'm not sure how else you could describe him as anything other than a professional victim.

I'm beginning to see why Trump is trying to float the "FBI planted evidence" balloon. Maybe the big lie #2 is taking shape. But we know the cult will never buy into that....right?

It is pretty astonishing to watch them buy his nonsense time and time again. Like a battered wife who keeps going back - you just shake your head and wonder why. To rational people looking in, it's just unexplainable.

In order to believe the nuclear documents, you have to believe the DOJ was so inept that when they got the 1st set of boxes back in June they didn't get the right ones. Then suddenly the Nation Archives are gonna look for nuclear documents to archive as opposed IDK NSA or Pentagon needing dId documents for national security reasons...but it the archives that push...

Say you only follow MSM left wings sources without saying it....lol

Donald will try to take both sides today regarding his 3 PM deadline of acceptance / non-acceptance to release the raid docs. Watch him say one thing while his attorneys do the opposite. Classic gum-it-up Donald.

Personally, I'd love to know what nuclear docs he apparently absconded... and why.

Why would the national archives need "nuclear documents"? Wouldn't the NSA or Pentagon need those "classified" documents for national security?

The National Archives and Records Administration is an independent Federal agency that preserves and shares with the public records that trace the story of our nation, government, and the American people.

Donald Trump fires back at AG Merrick Garland over FBI's Mar-a-Lago raid: 'Release the documents now!'

"Release the documents now!" Trump wrote on TRUTH Social at 11:40 p.m. ET Thursday, just hours after the judge’s decision was announced."

"Not only will I not oppose the release of documents related to the unAmerican, unwarranted, and unnecessary raid and break-in of my home in Palm Beach, Florida, Mar-a-Lago, I am going a step further by ENCOURAGING the immediate release of those documents," the former president wrote, "even though they have been drawn up by radical left Democrats and possible future political opponents, who have a strong and powerful vested interest in attacking me, much as they have done for the last 6 years."

The WH had no knowledge and didnt influence the decision of the DoJ and FBI to raid a former President....and to say otherwise is totally unwarranted and borders on conspiracy theory...

Meanwhile, the other side is floating this theory...
Trump had arranged a deal to sell nuclear technology to the Saudis.

You’re starting to seem really dumb.

The point is: why didn’t he fix it?

The President isn’t as powerful as people think he is, the power in DC lies with the unelected bureaucrats. Plus Trump was completely unprepared for the job and hired/appointed the wrong people.
